Awesome renovation with every detail touched - just completed! "Surprisingly spacious and tastefully designed" describes this perfectly located 3BR-3BA corner condo at Bahia next to The Grand. With bay views from the covered patio, the location is the best in the resort! The conference center and fitness center are a few yards away. Access to the tropical swimming pool and hot tub are just steps away and the Baytowne Wharf is a short walk down the cobblestone pathway. Hop on the complimentary tram and take a quick ride to the beach or spend an evening at the Baytowne Wharf enjoying dinner and entertainment.

Our newly furnished family room offers comfy seating, an HDTV, and access through sliding glass doors to a walk-out covered patio. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, plenty of dining and bar seating and all the cookware necessary to prepare a delicious meal for the family. The master bedroom offers a comfortable king bed, fresh linens and generous closet space. There is a spacious master bathroom featuring a double vanity, a large shower and a separate soaking bathtub. Our second bedroom is furnished with two double beds and is located across the hallway from a full bathroom with walk in shower. The third bedroom is tastefully appointed in warm coastal style and offers a king bed, a sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, and generous closet space. As a bonus, the third bedroom features a kitchenette newly designed with quartz countertops, a microwave oven, mini fridge, sink, toaster, and coffee maker. Garage parking, tram service and wifi are complimentary.

The Baytowne Wharf is a delight with world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-jumping trampoline, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, and a playground area. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at the Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summertime.

The sandy white beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach on the boardwalk next to the Beach House restaurant. There is a miniature golf course in the resort and adults can enjoy golf on several resort golf courses. Overall we loved the condo!! The air conditioner in the main hallway was leaking water. We called maintenance, however no one ever showed up. To stop the leaving from spilling on to the floor, we put towels down to soak up any leaking water.

Great location with easy access to amenities. Listing online said 2 queen beds in 3rd bedroom but it was 2 doubles. We had an issue with the shower/tub not draining water which caused an issue for the unit below us as well. Management was quick to respond to this issue and had a plumber there to fix it the following day.

Family Spring Break Getaway
Great communication and instructions from host. Nice, clean condo! We loved the 2 master suites with king beds and bathrooms so we could stay with my sister and her family in the same place. The view and balcony were great! Our only complaints were only being able to park one car underground was a bit of a hassle but not a deal breaker and the big pool outside our building wasn’t heated so it was way too cold to swim in but also wasn’t a deal breaker and didn’t ruin our trip at all. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Clean and convenient… totally satisfied except the parking did become somewhat of a hassle. The fact that only one vehicle per unit should be closely reviewed!( parking deck under units… in October PLENTY of space) Also there was problems with access gate working for all residents.

Overall, very disappointed. Upon entering the room we were overwhelmed by the smell of bacon. I realize this is somewhat out of your control but it lingered all week. We also killed 1-2 roaches per day. Mostly in the kitchen. We contacted the rental manager.

This was perfect for our group of 8! It was beautiful and I loves that it was a corner condo! We spent most of our time on the patuo/balcony ❤️ love how convenient dining was to us and the pool and 2 hot tubs were amazing! I do believe this is my new favorite condo for this location! The place was beautiful. We had lots of room for the 10 of us. This is the first “fully-stocked” kitchen that has truly been FULLY STOCKED! The property manager was very responsive and professional! Will definitely try to book here again in the future!

Pre Christmas Golf Trip
Was on the plane when information came in an email giving instructions how to get to condo. Would have been nice to receive this a few days earlier. We arrived after dark so , needless to say, it was a hassle finding our condo since I didn’t know about the email. Also, be prepared to go to store for items. Condo is sparsely supplied with necessary items. No tissues, only 1 bar of soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Not even a small box of laundry detergent which I have had in every VRBO that I have reserved in the past. Also, only 1 dishwasher detergent cube supplied. We enjoyed the condo itself and the workout facility. Sandestin is a fun area.
