This newly updated beautiful 5th floor vacation rental, Majestic Sun 514B, beach condo in Miramar Beach at the Seascape Resort offers three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The first thing you will fall in love with in this condo is the stunning living room that leads to the private balcony which offers a full view of the pristine sands and sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the balcony and delight in the gorgeous colors as the sun sets over the horizon. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.


The updated master suite offers beautiful Gulf views and features a luxurious king-size bed, an HDTV, balcony access, and a newly renovated private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also a king suite with a luxurious king-size bed, an HDTV, and private bath. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed, twin-size bunk beds, an HDTV, and an attached bath. This condo also has a full kitchen that features stainless steel appliances and a dining area. This vacation rental conveniently offers a laundry room with a washer and dryer and is large enough to sleep 8 guests. Majestic Sun 514B is perfect for your next trip to the Gulf Coast.


At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.

The view feom all sides are absolutely gorgeous! The rooms were comfortable amd plenty of space for the 8 of us. There was a water issue due to building maintenance and it was fixed in less than an hour with good communication. We loved our family vacation at the condo and the location and amenities were exactly what we expected and needed. Thank you, we hope to be back soon!

The inside needed a thorough cleaning especially under living room chairs and sofa. Yuck. Also, bedding was terrible in all rooms. Could feel the bedsprings in the 2nd room mattress. Sheets were pilling and central unit could not keep unit cool enough. We kept all draperies pulled and only necessary lighting on so that excess heat was not generated. We had a great time in this wonderful condo! It truly is just across the street from the beach with great views from the balcony. We also loved that it's an end unit with extra windows and views of the lake in the back as well, plus it was quieter since it wasn't right over the pool! The street could get a little noisy, but it's a street so to be expected. The rooms were really nicely sized and we loved the the parents had their own bathroom as did the grandparents, and the kids had their own which they could keep messy and I didn't have to see it! We walked to the Acme Oyster restaurant one evening, highly recommended. I don't eat oysters but the pot roast was great! There were a few other restaurants within walking distance (Whale Tail was ok, not fabulous but close) and some shopping which did make life easier since the road can get pretty crowded. There were plenty of beach toys available, and I loved that the floor was easy to sweep since it needed it twice a day with all the sand! Great place to stay, wonderful location, and amazing beach! We'll be back to Destin for sure!

This condo is absolutely perfect. Looks exactly like the pictures and the location is incredible. The one thing I would say is that beach chairs provided are not really usable... do yourself a favor and get the beach service chairs. Worth the price and comfort. Not a fault of the condo owners I’m sure.. just wear and tear on the chairs from many uses.. other than that, you can’t go wrong here

Awesome stay!
We stayed 4days in 514B, and it was just like home. The beds were slightly more firm than we were used to, but that was the only drawback. The kitchen had everything you need. Also, there was a surprise closet full of beach chairs, toys, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.

Relaxing week at the beach
The unit was the perfect location. Unobstructed ocean views! We felt safe and secure with the guard shack for parking lots and codes needed to enter main door from street. Loved the key pad entry so we didn’t need to remember room keys. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. The master bed and bath were huge! The size of the TVs was impressive and the furniture was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner kept up great and the ceiling fans help it keep cool too. Only couple things we noticed that needed attention... the beds were very uncomfortable. Anytime someone in the unit used water there is a high pitched sound that you could hear through the whole place. Our door handle fell off the sliding glass door and maintenance came to fix it within the hour. We were impressed with the prompt response. Also we realize nothing can be done by this condo owner but chances are you will hear the people above you. We could hear them walking, moving chairs, even flushing their toilets. But the pros out-way the cons!! We had a very nice week. Really enjoyed having all the beach equipment provided as well. We would stay again.

We had a 4 night stay and pretty much everything was good. Lots of room, nicely decorated, great access to the beach. My only issue was the baseboards and bathroom cabinets definitely need a good cleaning. Over all I would recommend this place!
