The new beach ramp provides easy access to the beach - no stairs! Golf cart and e-bike rentals are allowed. Bonfires are available through La Dolce Vita (the beach service). Your stay includes beach service ~ 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas during the season (mid-March through mid-October). Take a break from the waves in one of the two pools or the hot tub. The complex also has both tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, cornhole, a basketball goal and a newly updated fitness center.
The condo features a fully stocked kitchen to make preparing your meals a breeze. New charcoal grills and picnic tables are conveniently located in the center of the property, near the second pool and tennis/pickleball courts. If you don't feel like cooking, there are several beach-side restaurants within walking distance. HarborWalk Village and Baytowne Wharf are both just short drives down the road and offer numerous restaurants and activities.

You'll find mini-golf, go-karts and a water park nearby. And don't forget your red flashlight for crab hunting on the beach at night!
