This elegant condo is furnished exquisitely in a traditional style with tropical overtones. In the center of The Crescent and on the third floor, its location allows for incredible views of the pool and garden area and the beautiful emerald water and white sand that makes the Gulf of Mexico so spectacular. With its cozy dining area, guests can access the balcony from both the living area and the master bedroom suite. The crisp white kitchen is fully equipped for easy and fun vacation meal preparation. This unit also features a Keurig coffee maker for guest enjoyment. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, separate walk-in shower, and double sinks. Both of the bedrooms and the living area have flat-panel TVs with DVD players, and there is a CD stereo system for your entertainment pleasure. With all of this, Crescent 307 is sure to have everything you need for an enjoyable vacation!

Things To Know:

* From September 2021 to May 2022, the Crescent will be undergoing an exterior renovation project. There will be noise and dust throughout the project, and interior unit excess will not be necessary at any time. Don't hesitate to contact the owner for a property construction update.

* Please note there are active security cameras in this property's common areas only.

* Parking is first-come, first-served. There is no assigned parking. No Uhauls, trailers, boats, or jet skis are allowed on the Crescent property, and they will be towed at the owner's expense.

Fall Break
We came here for fall break. Room was nice. Beds were comfortable. Appreciate the snacks that were provided. Kitchen was well stocked. View was great. Came during HOA week so getting an umbrella and chairs on the front row was not possible no matter how early you arrived. It was reserved for owners. Not the fault of the owner of this condo, just be aware when booking if having the front row is important. Overall, great condo and location.

This unit is super clean and updated. The location of the unit is right by lobby elevator for super quick access to pool, beach and car. Moreover, the property is near shopping and highway. You can’t go wrong with Scenic Gulf Drive! We stay on Miramar every summer. This may be my favorite property to date! This unit is a steal! The view in the morning is priceless! Cheers!

Wonderful vacation!!
We absolutely loved our stay at The Crescent !! The Gulf view was amazing! I loved my early mornings on the balcony watching the waves! Condo was very comfortable for our family. Host Diane has all the kitchen necessities and more! She surprised us with some extra items too! Crescent is so close to restaurants , grocery and shopping. This was our second vacation at The Crescent. A fabulous place to make family memories! We will be back for sure!

Well maintained and comfortable condo
This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. It is well maintained with comfortable seating and bedding with a beautiful view. One of the things that is special about this unit is how the owner of the unit makes you feel like family with various unexpected amenities and toiletries. She is constantly making sure that everything is to your satisfaction. Hopefully we will be using it again in the near future. We highly recommend this unit.

Perfect!
Location is amazing! Very well kept unit and property. Beach service included is nice but we were there over the July 4th holiday and there were some rather aggressive tenants so I still paid to reserve my own daily to guarantee a spot to watch my littles. Not a deterrent by any means, just a tip. Would love to book again in future.

The best family vacation
We had an amazing time at the Crescent- my husband has been going there since he was a kid and this year was our first year bringing our kids (7 months). This also was the first time staying in this condo and WOW! We most definitely will be bringing our kids back and staying at this same condo. It was so clean, decorated beautifully and even smelt amazing! We can’t wait to return for more family vacations and memories with our babies!

Great memories were made!!!
My family (myself, wife, 12 yo dtr) just returned home from our Spring Break ‘23 vacation. The condo location was fantastic, great view overlooking the pool and the beach. The balcony faces West so the sunsets we’re picturesque! Aside from the beautiful scenery, Diane has made the condo feel like home. The condo was clean and felt fresh. There were soaps available and plenty of towels. The kitchen is very well stocked for your needs, from crock pots to a blender and anything in between. Got the days we didn’t want to cook there is the Surf Hut directly next to the condos. We went there a couple of times and had great food and service. The entire rental process from start to finish went very smoothly. Diane quickly responded to any questions I had and the staff at the condo were also pleasant and helpful. To sum it up with a repeated statement from my wife, “this place is such a hidden gem”.

The weather was warm & cold half & half. The condo has everyting you need hot or cold. It was very comfortable. The pool area is great. However, they need to add a bar and snack service. Would rent again.
