Maravilla ground floor condo
The ground floor was easy access for bringing in supplies and our suitcases. The furniture in the living room were updated and beautiful. The kitchen appliances and cookware need updating. There were plenty of towels and supplies for our stay. We couldn’t access the patio because of the construction but that should be finished soon.

Needs upgrades
The unit was advertised as sleeping up to six. There is not enough seating in the living room comfortably for four adults much less six. There was a sleep sofa that sat two and a “love-seat” that was very concerning for the weight of one adult. This sat approximately a foot off the floor and was not comfortable. The picture of the unit showed a nice lazy boy recliner which would have helped the seating but it was not present. The living room should have an end table to sit items on also. On a post note, the unit was clean with a great view.

Perfect Place
The condo was great. Had all the stuff for a nice little beach trip. Comes with beach service already included so you don’t have to bring your own! Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with my coffee and looking at the water :) Hosts were very quick at responding and helpful

Paradise
Perfect views to enjoy in several areas of condo, especially eating breakfast on the balcony while enjoying the ocean view. My wife and I also had a private area to sit at night outside our bedroom on the balcony while listening to the crash of the waves and feeling the breeze from the ocean. The second bedroom location is perfect and enabled privacy for us as a couple. The condo was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked. The condo provided boogie boards that our teen son enjoyed. There were board games, movies and even a PlayStation 2 that our son was excited to play. It’s a short walk to the private beach. Nothing to be able to run back to the condo if you need to use the bathroom while at the beach. We had two chairs and umbrella set up daily! Which was wonderful! The air conditioner stays cold!!! The set up of the cute towels reminded us of our cruise travels. Plenty of towels. My wife liked having the washer and dryer. Very impressed with this property and condo. View of ocean is beautiful

Very clean, pet friendly, great view, and great location within Destin. Furnishings while clean (Much appreciated)need updated. Not enough comfortable seating for family in living room and master bedroom bed mattress needs replaced. The mattress had valleys in it.

Exactly as expected
This is our second time staying at Maravilla, but the first time staying in this unit. There were no surprises and it was exactly as presented. The communication with Coastline Condos was excellent. I haven’t dealt with a property management company, that was this excellent. Very pleased. I have no complaints with the unit itself, however some improvements could be to have more than a broom to clean up. If you spill something the only thing you have to clean up is paper towels and dish soap, not ideal. As far as a stocked kitchen, I’ve experienced worse, and have experienced better. We like to cook all our meals in, so for some things we just had to make do. Luckily, we drive in and I’m able to bring some of my own kitchen stuff. The place is dated but we are there for the view, which is excellent, and the beach, so it being dated wasn’t a big deal. It would have been nice to have end tables in the living room to be able to put down a drink. And racks to put our luggage. I enjoyed the full size washer and dryer. So many times the condos have small washers and dryers and you are trying to wash these big towels, which can be difficult. We really did enjoy this unit and would stay in that unit again. Really the property management company makes all the difference and we would purposely seek this company out versus when we came down in October we vowed never to stay in a unit that is managed by a particular company.

This is the second time using Coast line condos in Miramar beach. The condo was very nice, The beds were comfortable! A beautiful place! Will definitely use them again next year.

Maravilla Condo
We choose this condo because it was pet friendly. The view was amazing. Everything was good with the exception of the living room furniture. It is not comfortable for adults. It needs to be updated. The condo is well stocked in the kitchen and there were plenty of towels. The beds were good. It was very nice having beach chairs and umbrellas provided as well.

A home away from home!
This place was exactly as described and the location and balcony views are worth every penny! Close to the elevator and less than a minute walk to the beach. The unit was clean and tidy and even though it could use some upgrades, it was still a worthwhile unit to stay in. The access to games like monopoly has my kids thinking they are real estate agents lol. I would definitely recommend this unit and we look forward to booking this unit again in the future!

Cozy beach home
This was our second year staying at 3408 Maravilla. It was just as cozy and well stocked as last year. We loved bringing our dog this year, she really enjoyed watching the waves too. It was perfect for 4 adults and a 4 yr old. Already talking about booking for next year

The view of the beach was nice. The living area furniture not comfortable. The couch was ok but the other sittings was made for children!! Too small for adults and old. The kitchen water faucet smelled as the water was coming out. If the air conditioner was not running the condo smelled like mildew. The master bed needs a new mattress. It has a dip.

Great beach biew
My family if 4 enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room to spread out and had all the things one could need or want for a stay. Only complaint is the living room furniture needs to be updated. Chair had a dog cover in it but underneath was a ripped leather chair. Green sofa was falling apart when sat on. Views were phenomenal. Beach access as described. Unable to access the gym. Other tenants had the same problem. Small inconvenience. Condo was very clean.

The view from the balcony was beautiful. The condo needs updated. Furniture worn and uncomfortable. Garbage disposal smelled, sinks drained slow. Shower door was broken and the door to the laundry was broken also.

Condo in great need of some TLC
The property was nice and very dog friendly. The condo on the other hand was terrible! Living room furniture look and felt like something from a yard sale, the beds were horrible, the kitchen was very sparce on dishes. there were drawers that were broken and would not even open, in serious need of paint and a decorator! We just sold our condo in PCB which we had for 18yrs and we would have never rented our unit if it was in the shape this one was in. VERY dissapointed! Also you need to put in a vacum for bare floors

Please update me!
This property provided our basic needs for ours stay at the beach. It has a prime location at the complex. It is sorely in need of renovation from painting to updating fixtures and living room furniture. It was surface clean only. We have stayed at other units in the complex that are beautiful. Just a cash cow that screams update me.The furniture is disintegrating and they are in need of another chair and lamps.There is not enough light. We agree that the only nice thing about this condo is that both beds are comfortable. From the messed up front door to the badly furnished, very uncomfortable living room, I would not return. There are too many other decent condo’s.

Perfect condo with a heavenly view!
The condo was exactly as described with an incredible view of the ocean! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. This unit is close to everything around. Less than a mile from Pompano Joe’s, a mile from the closest Alvin’s, just a few miles from the grocery store…the access to the beach is just a few steps away, and the chair service can’t be beat. It made a huge difference not to have to carry chairs to the beach! What a treat! The pools and hot tub were great too! Our pups really enjoyed the trip too especially since the Maravilla is a very pet friendly place. There were pets and their owners everywhere and everyone was so nice! I highly recommend this unit and I hope to be back again next year!
