great place to stay close to amenities. stayed here many times close to river and parks. parking is a bit tight though. could use a cleaning of spiderrs up in the balcony, they are every where and come out by the thousands at night. other than that great bang for your buck.

The young women who looked after the breakfast was friendly, effecent. Constantly working !! Filling up items helping customers. Loved that the place was next to the waterfront! We would definitely stay here again. The motel was clean
