This is a one room studio with a separate bathroom. It has a private entrance and is locked off from the rest of the house. Guests will enter a locked gate on right side of the house and follow path to the door to the studio. It is a quiet residential neighborhood.

Room has a kitchenette with eating bar/desk. It has microwave, mini-frig, hot plate, and coffee maker. There is a large TV and easy chair. There is handicapped bathroom.

Guest have full use of the space but host will share bathroom. Probable once a day when guest is gone. Host will not use shower. Price is lowered because of shared bathroom

Guests have access to parking on the street and path and area to right side of their door. There is also a shared patio at back of house with shade. Of course they have exclusive access to their bedroom.
