There was no hot water all weekend. Hairballs in corners, dirty floors, over priced, no smoke detector, multiple areas of disrepair, and bed cover was shredded. Totally disappointed with Expedia for representing them.

The staff I talked with were very nice. I understand they are trying to update but it reminded me of run down side of road 1960's motel. Room's carpet was absolutely gross kept my shoes on the entire time, there was something in the tub drain, didn't matter as there was no hot water. Was told they are replacing the water heater and they did take some off our bill. The coffee was really good! Again, they are trying to update and I do appreciate that.

Was told at check in only luke warm water, no discounts offered but could get a refund. Too late too tired. Secondary lock on door not replaced after being ripped out of door frame. Some tiles in bathroom held on with blue painter tape.

Male on reception greeted us with " no hot water, no reduction but if you don't stay you can have full refund" i suppose he'd had a bad day, but we had just had a 6 hour drive! He mellowed and showed us to our room. In fact the water wasn't too cold! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very good but the carpet and arm chair, which pulled into sofabed were dirty.

GROSS PLACE!
The person at checkin was fine. The person that moved us to a different room when after the first night we discovered the TV didnt work was fine. The bed and linens were fine too, surprisingly. That's where fine ended. There isn't one thing at this place that does'nt need maintenance! Grossest thing was the shower that filled with 3 inches of water, because the drain was filled with dried hair! Walls had peeling wallpaper, looked like blood spatter on walls, ceiling vent fan in bathroom was plugged with a towel, smoke alarm missing, closet doors didnt slide, heat ran for 30 seconds and shut off and on all night, smelled bad, my feet were black from the floor so I wore socks the entire time, this was in the room they moved us to, the first one was worse! We stayed because we were in town for a Griz game and had no other choice except our rental car.

No showers or hot water.
No towels, no water pressure so could not shower, no hot water, room was not swept, charged even more at hotel. At least bed was clean. Had to argue to get clean room and a working shower but was charged even more than what was stated.

Not a great place to stay. The room was missing a deadbolt, which made sleeping difficult. There appeared to be quite a bit of mold in the bathroom and the shower was wet the entire time we were there, even though we did not shower. There were also a few bugs which upset my partner. (NOT bedbugs, I will not let you interpret that wrong, they were little pill bug type guys) I wish we had stayed somewhere else and won't be going back again.
