I Didn’t like anything about the property. The pictures are deceiving. The out mw in a Handicap room I’m not handicap. I might have taken a room for someone who is handicapped. The area was s scetchy. Will not stay there again.

Big Fail! Red Lion Missoula should be condemned!
There was dried up food and stains on the shelf. Microwave was filthy, floor was even worse. Place was disgusting. I got a refund and went elsewhere. The clerk wasn't surprised to see me go that fast.

The room appeared clean when walking in, clean sheets and towels, but after then we noticed blood on the faucet and mirror. Painter's tape holding the tile together. Hair in the shower.

Excellent customer service! Hotel is working on modernizing. Updated room colors and LVF. Bathroom was a charming late 70s, with LVF updated. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very quiet hotel in a quiet part of town

The lock on our door was broken. The room was filthy with stains on the sheets and walls. No hot water. This hotel was a nightmare. I have stayed at Red Lions before without issue, but this one felt like a drug hotel.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The place was filthy. Mold everywhere in the bathroom, pee on the floor, floors dirty. There was a group that rented a room 2 doors down from us and they were partying in their room. They were hooting and hollering so my husband went to the front desk to complain and the evening guy downplayed it and said that it was fine. Refused to move us to another room and was downright rude to my husband when he said he would complain to headquarters. The partying stopped for a while and then resumed again at 3 am. I called front desk and the night guy took care of it and the partying stopped within 15 minutes. We really appreciated him. I do not recommend this hotel at all. It is also in a very seedy part of town. I wish I had read the reviews before booking a room. Apparently a lot of people feel the same

I feel obligated to share my experience, for I would've loved for someone to speak out. 1) I'm shocked that this place is in business, for health purposes alone! 2)the area was extremely scary/unsafe with people sleeping on the parking lot and the sidewalk. 3)walked into our room and roaches all over the walls That was enough!
