Probably won't be back.
Paid $210+. AC was broken and poor ventilation. The maintenance guy tried to keep and give us a fan. Floors were dirty and tub had a huge spider in it. Other guests were complaining about no hot water, not us thankfully. The pool was extremely stuffy and water felt too hot for a swimming pool.

We had a great stay at the Fairfield in Missoula. Our kids loved the water slides our room was good. We had a small cooler of frozen items that the staff was very kind and helpful in storing in a freezer for the night. The hotel shuttle to the airport was very convenient. If we are back in Missoula, we will stay here again!

When I called prior to arrival about info on airport shuttle, the girl who answered was very rude, I had asked where do I go, she said kind of arrogantly, there’s a big sign so you can’t miss it! I asked, do I just go there? (My first time) She snapped back, you have to call us we don’t just have a shuttle sitting at the airport all day. Otherwise, staff was absolutely wonderful. We arrived around 4 and kids upstairs were running and jumping for 2 solid hrs, it stopped for an hour and then continued constantly until around 9:30pm. We were up early at 3am that day to catch an early flight and we were exhausted and tried to sleep around 7:30-8 and couldn’t until they stopped jumping at 9:30. It continued in the morning as well. We left around noon for an event and it was quiet at that time. We returned after midnight and it was quiet. Also, upon our arrival, the room smelled really bad like mildew. It wasn’t pleasant at all. The carpet looked dirty. Bathroom was beautiful and everything else about the room was great. Overall it wasn’t a very pleasant experience, not for the price.

Terrible experience
My family and I recently stayed at this property for a couple of days while on vacation. We had reserved two nights and were planning to fly back home to Tampa afterward. Unfortunately, due to Hurricane Debby, we needed to shorten our stay to one night to return home and address the damages and roof leakage caused by the storm. I approached the property manager to request a reduction of our stay from two nights to one. The manager, however, was extremely rude and inconsiderate. She dismissed my concerns, saying that they get about 15 guests daily who come up with excuses. Seriously? Does she think 15 guests have hurricanes back home every day? I even showed her the news coverage of the hurricane, but she insisted there was nothing she could do. I asked if she could at least provide some hotel credit instead of a refund, considering the significant cost of staying at the property. Despite my reasonable request, she continued to refuse and wouldn’t cooperate with me or Expedia. Given this experience, I would never choose this property again and am hesitant to stay at any Marriott in the future.

Our dog Booker really enjoyed his stay. That morning he disappeared from our second floor room. He was located on the first floor, breakfast room, pleased with the welcome he received and the food bounty on the floor. He is not saying how he got downstairs.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We were visiting Missoula prior to meeting up with a group in Paradise. Your staff had great suggestions on what there was to do in the area and giving us rides to and from some of these nearby locations. Well trained, kind and friendly. Overall awesome place and we will stay again! Water slides were awesome! No fans in the bathroom which is not great, but they clean with an anti final which we could smell when we opened the bathroom door. Staff was kind and helpful.
