Our beautiful main floor condo is only 5 minutes away from downtown Moab! Near Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, Dead Horse Point State Park, and vast wilderness in between and beyond, our condo is the perfect location for your adventure's home base! Condo accommodates a party up to 8!

***Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? We’d love to have you in this dog friendly property (pet fees apply, 2 pet maximum & some exclusions apply). There will be a $100 per stay pet fee... dogs are not allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. So please inquire with us before booking***

The property had no lights in the parking lot. The outside building lights were dim and some were out completely. The unit was as pictured. Everything was clean, Some of the walls and furniture were worn. There was no hair dryer in the master bathroom. We would stay there again, but wanted to be honest about the lighting.

Great condo!

Perfect place for a family to stay. The ground floor was great for my mother in law. Plenty of space for everyone. And a great location for arches national park and Moab adventures. Wish we had longer to stay here.

Disappointed

The picture shows new furniture which in reality is old and worn with one of the chairs missing. It's a three bedroom and room enough for three people to sit comfortably in the living room. Clean enough but it shows that it is rented quite a bit. I would not recommend it to anyone that is looking for more than just OK.

The condo was just right for an easy place to relax after full days of activities. The location south of town made it quieter, and the pool and hot tub were used by the whole family every evening.

Space as advertised. Beds squeaky but comfortable. Could use blackout curtains but we hung a blanket and that helped. Fitted sheet on master didn't stay on. Management very receptive when we reported a couple of things. Good space for 5 ppl but echoey. Kitchen had everything we needed including some spices and oils.

Pre Thanksgiving hiking trip to Moab

We had plenty of space for our family of 6. Unfortunately, as we were making up on of the rollaway beds, we found the sheets/ pillowcases to be soiled. We found the same on another bed and just ended up washing all the sheets. With a large family, we hoped to do some cooking during our stay. Unfortunately, the oven and stove top element trays were just too dirty. The location is great as you are out of the busy Moab center. The bathrooms have been updated and are very clean. The fridge was clean and has an icemaker. Maybe ask guests to strip the beds they use and do a deep clean of the oven and replace those electric element trays. Those were our only issues. Still great value for a larger family visiting Moab!
