Our 3-Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Rim Village Vista townhome (Unit 10a8) is conveniently located just 6 miles from downtown Moab. It's location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheel driving excursions, Arches N.P. and Canyon Lands N.P. It features outstanding views out every window including the sandstone domes of the Mill Creek Area and the La Sal Mountains.

The home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare group/family meals. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar. The private enclosed patio is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage after a long day of adventuring or early morning cup of freshly roasted local coffee (provided!). There is plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill is provided.

Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village Vista development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (heated late March - late October), hot tubs (heated year round), tennis court and playground. There is plenty of green, open space to walk your dog and for the kids to play!

The large 2 car garage is perfect to safely store your Jeep, ATVs, bikes and other gear inside. There is also room for 2 more cars in the driveway and plenty of off street parking for trailers, etc. A bike repair stand is available for use along with an assortment of tools for cyclists to keep their bikes in top shape for epic Moab riding!

Cyclists and Street Legal ORV’s can ride from the condo via Spanish Valley Drive and access many of Moab’s most popular trails without having to ride on Hwy 191 or trailer your vehicles. Parking is plentiful and easy. Bring your trailers, trucks and extra vehicles!

Great size for a family of four and dog. Very comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed. nice touches throughout, like soaps, coffee and cleaning products. Hot tub and pool are close and it was great to have a garage. We will book here again!

A good place to stay other than a few small details. A few things missing in the kitchen (colander, ice cream scoop and maybe a bigger fry pan). No kleenex boxes at all and for someone with allergies it be nice to have. The floors were a little dirty. But overall a nicegreat place to stay

We stayed 3 nights with my nephew and his wife so there was a total of 6 and the condo had plenty of room for all of us!! The pool and playground are literally steps away which is great for kids. This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this complex and it’s perfect. Plenty of amenities and close enough to town! Definitely recommend!!

Great location for our visit to Arches National Park
Everything was as advertised and worked out great for our family’s visit to Moab and Arches National Park. Very clean and very comfortable. Looks just like in the photos. We prepared wonderful meals in the nice kitchen and outdoor grill while creating priceless memories as a family. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great for family vacation
This property was even better than expected: spacious, clean with all amenities needed. We loved the fact it is located right beside the pool and tennis/basketball court. The only drawback was that it is located 7-10 min from Moab but this was largely compensated by the greater value for money of the property. The property manager was very responsive and flexible - one of the best we've seen so far. Overall, we had a great time and I highly recommend this property!

Not clean and airco problems. Terrible stay.
The property was not clean on arrival; the bed sheets where not clean and totally wrinkled. Spots around the toilet, the toilet seat in the master bathroom was broken. The refrigerated air fan in the master bathroom was hanging loose and made noise, so you could not sleep at night. What a mess. I will post my entire experience on Google. Terrible stay.

Good vacation rental, just not great. Place is over priced with what you get. Housekeeping is basic and some maintenance issues at place overlooked. Pool was nice but only 6 lounge chairs for the pool which was a bummer. Would give the place 5 stars if price was lower as we believed it was overpriced for what we got. We will stay somewhere else at this price point next time. If offered at lower price, would stay here again. Communication with property manager was fantastic with few issues we did have.

House with a hotel-like feeling
The house was clean, and comfortable, in a quiet area. Master bedroom was large, the other rooms were smaller size. Beds were comfortable. The dishes, especially cutlery, were not clean so we had to start with a washing round. The kitchen equipment was rather basic, but ok. There was no coffee or tea, nor sugar or any condiments, so you have to bring your own. The house had literally 3(!) single use shampoos, and 3 tiny pieces of soap- clearly not enough for a week stay which we were planing. The management said they would deliver more, but this never happened over the span of the week. Overall the house was ok, but do not expect any personal feel, or accents. It was more like staying in a hotel- larger than usual- but still a hotel.

Great townhouse minutes from downtown Moab.
Very roomy and clean townhouse. Has everything you need for multiple couples, including a two car garage and driveway space for two other cars. Nice and quiet - no thin walls here to hear other neighbors. Would definitely stay here again.
