Very roomy and comfortable
Owners very kind and communication was wonderful. Appliances needed updating but worked and made breakfast there daily. It was very comfortable for 6 adults. Kids loved being able to go to the pool. Would definitely stay there again.

lots of great things about this place! The house gave us lots of good information on the area and even photography setting. Very comfortable beds and lots of towels to use the awesome pool with an amazing view. Cute backyard and well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning works great. Lots of parking for trailers and RVs to. Incredible Host!
It was obvious from the minute we stepped in the home that Jini put her heart into creating a place that would be perfect for our stay. Regular shampoo bottles, extra towels for the pool and other items to help with hiking at Arches and Canyonlands, we thoughtfully placed throughout the home. The neighbor hood was quite peaceful and located just a couple miles away from the busy downtown. We loved our stay and would recommend this location to anyone looking to relax in Moab!

Fantastic Home to visit Arches and Canyonlands
Great home. Nice decor. Kitchen is well equipped with coffee pot, fridge, pots and pans. Comfotable couch and chairs. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group of 5 adults. The owner was nice enough to call Canyonlands for me to find out if they had wi-fi because I had a meeting scheduled for when we'd be up in that area. It was above and beyond; and they did have wifi at the Visitors Center.

Disappointed
First impression the house had a bad smell. There was dust coving the baseboards, several bugs, the refrigerator made a clicking noise, no fans in the bedrooms, several mattresses needed replacing. On a positive note, the snacks left on the table was a nice surprise. Master bed was comfy, and the extra bed in the bunk bed room was comfy. Backyard was cute. Living room was cozy and comfy. Having access to a washer and dryer was nice as well. The owner was quick to answer my text and allowed us an early check in, which was very nice! I give this home a 3 star rating, but a good cleaning, bug spray, and air freshener would have made it a 4 star review. Replacing the bunk beds and queen bed is a necessity!

The property was perfect for our trip. We had a group of four couples and stayed comfortably in this property. All items necessary for the week were there and we cooked both breakfasts and dinners all days. We had plenty of parking and easy access yo utv trails. Moab and this home was beautiful!

Great house and location
We have stayed at this house multiple times in the last 2-3 years. When we have issues with the house we reach out to the owner and she gets it fixed right away. We will continue to stay here when we travel to Moab.

Amazing VRBO
Returned to Moab for the 2 day Skinny tire road cycling events and stayed 6 days at Joni’s amazing VRBO. The house was super clean, private and in a great neighborhood and had plenty of space for me and other travelers to spread out. She has the home fully stocked with everything that’s needed and it really felt like home. The two garage was perfect for our car, bike trailer and bikes. The photos truly don’t capture just how beautiful the home is in person. Once you walk in you could tell how much love and care the owner puts into the small details and simple yet amazing details. Check in was very easy and Jini was prompt to respond to my questions and even made sure to ask if we got in okay from our long drive. I have stayed at a lot of vrbos in the past and this was by far the best. Thank you Jini for opening up your home to vrbo! Definitely planning to return and share our experience with others

Great base for the parks
We had a great extended family group trip (5 adults, 4 kids) to see the National Parks. This was a spacious, clean, well-stocked, and convenient house to use as the home base. It was very close to Arches and easy to get to Canyonlands. We were able to make nice meals and relax after traipsing through all the sights! Thank you again Jini!

All the Comforts of Home
We had an amazing stay at this house! My family of 7 people (including my older parents, 6-year old, and 3-year old) had plenty of space and comforts throughout. We could really tell that the owners keep guests in mind with their attention to details. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies, the bath towels and linens are high quality, the furniture is high-end, and the house is beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the hot tub a short distance away, the private fenced-in backyard, the laundry area, and the comfortable common area. This was the perfect base camp for exploring Arches and Canyonlands! We hope to return one day!

This property is all around great. It is close enough to downtown Moab so as not to be any. It is very well appointed and maintained. The neighborhood is quite and there is sufficient parking for vehicle trailers if you are bring your jeeps of SBS with you. Also the owners are very easy to communicate with and very nice as well. I give the property and the owners 5 stars.

Comfortable Moab Home
This property offer everything you nee when staying in Moab. It has 4 bedrooms with comfortabel beds. The MBR has an en-suite bathroom, there is a well stocked practical kitchen, the garage is available and a large family size sofa to enjoy watching TV after a long day in the car or out in The Arches. Also access to the community pool to cool down (this summertime temperatures are brutal!). We enjoyed sitting outside in the front of the house with views on the mountain range and we also had a BBQ dinner in the backyard. All in all, a very pleasant stay! Thank you!

Perfect getaway
We enjoyed 4 nights at this property with my father in law, my sister in law/husband and their two kids along with our two kids. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living space was very large. Everything was clean. The neighborhood pool was close and fun for the kids. The only unexpected thing we encountered was we thought there was a trundle bed in the kid room. The four kids wanted to sleep together but there was only room for three. We did notice an inflatable mattress we could have used in the living room. We would definitely stay here again!
