Nämä modernit kaksi- ja kolmen makuuhuoneen lounaistyyliset huoneistot ovat tyylikkäästi sisustettuja ja varustettuja idyllisesti lähellä upeaa Moab-golfkentän 12. reikää. A little love would make this place great
Overall this is a nice condo in a convenient location, but it could be better with a little TLC from the owners. For example, the fridge door rails are barely attached, which we discovered the first time we opened the fridge after stocking it and the items we had placed on the door fell to the ground along with the rail. Fortunately nothing broke but we removed everything from the doors after that. The BBQ grill is racked, it looks as though a piece is missing from the front right leg, so the hood won’t close properly and the grates rattle back and forth. Given the rental price, we expected things to be in better shape. All that said, it’s a nice space and overall worked well for our group. We especially appreciated the garage to store bikes.

Great for mountain bikers!
This was a perfect place for a group of biking teens and their parents. The garage added security for our bikes and it was easy to bike into town and to trails. The property manager responded and acted quickly to one issue that arose.

Great place for 4 adults with separate bedrooms & 2 bath. Garage was great to get car out of hot sun. Only issue we had was washing machine did not work, no water-only spin cycle worked. Dryer worked. If fixed, would stay here again.

Good place to stay
The good- the condos in a quiet location a little outside of town, the rent was reasonable and the check in was easy. The Bad- a little dated and the carpet wasn’t the cleanest but understandable for a rental, and we couldn’t get the washer to work. Overall a descent condo and would we would stay again.

Basics missing
As soon as soon as we booked we were sent a contract with a long list of things NOT to do. Not very welcoming. There were things that were not available. The way the pictures are on the site made space look much larger. And it was a tight fit. All 6 of us could not relax in the living area. They only had 2 wash clothes for 6 adults and barely enough towels. The shampoos and things in the bathroom were nice but we had all brought our own. I'd rather have had bowls with lids or aluminum foil in the kitchen. Or a potato masher or... Very sparse supplies. We were instructed to leave it as we found it. Hard to clean when they only left dish soap. Nothing to clean the counters. We had an issue with the faucet in the kitchen. I called the property manager and he said he would send someone out. We were at dinner and never did find out if anyone came. The faucet was not fixed. I am still worried we'll be charged for it. I called the manager when we left to make sure they knew it was not repaired. He didn't even listen he was in too big of a hurry to get me off the phone. A pool is listed and they gave us a code get in. The pool was closed the entire time we were there. Nothing on the site or in the book of instructions said the pool would not be open. We will not recommend or stay there again.
