Hiking, Arches National Park, Canyon Lands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park
Me and my husband traveled with another couple. This was a hiking trip to see National Parks. We were comfortable at the property. Our friends stayed on the lower level and me and my husband stayed on the upper level. We bought food at the local City Market and grilled every night. We had a great trip! Absolutely Beautiful!

Great base of operations
We were all about Arches and Canyonlands National parks. This property gave us a great place to get started in the morning and relax and recover from the days hikes in the evenings. There were 3 couples and each had a nice room and their own bathroom. The hot tub was a great perk and the kitchen was well stocked. Two of us played golf one day - so being right on the golf course was a plus. A great experience. We plan to come back to do more of canyonlands and I will try to stay in this unit again. Easy, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and then some.

Great house with crappy air conditioning
The house was very nice. Pretty clean, but some dusting of higher areas is needed. Only complaint was the AC. We had to leave it at 72 or it would freeze up. With the thermostat in an interior hallway, that meant the other rooms and especially the 2 bedrooms upstairs, were much warmer. Fortunately we were there in the fall which meant cooler nights thank goodness. I can't imagine how uncomfortable this would have been in the summer! Otherwise it was a great stay.

Great Getaway
We were looking for a quiet place away from downtown Moab for our group to stay. We loved that this property was located inside of a neighborhood with quiet hours. Strange, I know, but the location was perfect for us. This home was perfect for our group and had just enough beds for us all. It could use a few minor updates, but it was clean and so we were happy! You can tell it's used, but definitely well taken care of. We hope to come back! The only "issue" I ran into was I tried to communicate with the property manager about a question we had about the property beforehand because there was a discrepancy between the rental agreement and the house rules listed for the property, and we never got a response from the property manager. I wish there were a better way to communicate with them in that regard. But it was a great property and would highly recommend for a group looking for a quiet place to stay.

Great location for an Arches adventure
Location is terrific, views are lovely, facility was spotless, the hot tub was a treat, Jenny was pleasant and very responsive - eager to correct any problem we brought to her attention, and the kitchen was well-supplied. A few thing the property owners should address: - The living area of the house is a lot smaller than it looks in the photos. We had 8 people in our group and there wasn’t enough room for all of us to sit comfortably together. A smaller coffee table, new furniture, and a photo on VRBO that better represented the room size would easily correct this. - the living room furniture is old, shabby, and coming apart. - the television is old and the picture is squashed and cut off on either side. No amount of adjusting with the remote fixed it. - there are not enough beds for 8 people to sleep. The sofa bed in the loft is unusable, and there is not enough room anywhere to put a queen sized blow-up mattress without significant furniture moving. All in all, we would gladly stay here again if these issues were addressed.

Big house in a Great location
We had a great time at this property: it is a big house in a great location and well equipped however, they need to make sure that the house is clean. The first floor bathroom was full of hair including in the shower and the kitchen floors were ok but around the kitchen the floor was not very clean. I bought a mop and floor cleaning liquid and left it in the house. Also, the property can be a bit more generous with the paper towel in the kitchen (1 for 3 days) and toilet paper (we had to look in other bathroom to find more tolls) overall, great property!

Another dirty experience
I had hoped the other reviews complaining of how dirty it is were anomalies or that Vacasa would have stepped up the cleaning but sadly no. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere. Trash and food under the couch. The couches were worn out, dirty snd smelly. My son found someone else’s underpants in his bed. The main tv didn’t work. On the bright side it has nice views, it is very quiet and private and we enjoyed the hot tub. One more consideration is that if you’re heading to arches or Canyonlands you have to cross Moab traffic and construction.

Very dirty property. will think twice before renting another property from VRBO
the photos on vrbo listing of this property are misleading. Only good thing was the communication with the general manager, Jennifer. She was very helpful when I complained that the property is very dusty and my wife has a dust allergy. She promptly sent the cleaner and her manager to clean the property. She even promised me that the cleaning fees will be refunded. My wife was sick with severe allergy and we had to leave one day earlier.. Jennifer even promised to refund one day rent to me. Thanks Jennifer for your help

Good area, but house was pretty rundown
The options in Moab are limited, and this was the best of the available options when we were looking, but it definitely fell short of our expectations. The main issue was the home was pretty rundown, dirty and not terribly well stocked compared to a lot of other VRBO's we've stayed at in the past. To be fair, we're used to 5-star luxury, so it's not entirely fair to compare this property, but either way it left something to be desired.

Property was nice. Communication about the amenities was poor.
The property overall was good. We had six in our group and there was plenty of room. The main disappointment was communication. We received the code to enter the property in a text which was great. We had very poor internet service, so I was never able to get the email that had the WiFi password (which when you arrived at the property was a note talking about the poor internet in that area so you would think they might send that info other than by email). We never did receive or could find the code to unlock the hot tub. We tried to contact the rental company and never could get through to anyone.

Great family getaway
We stayed at this property for spring break. It was my family including me, my husband, and two daughters (ages seven and three), and my parents both in their 60s. It was quiet and clean and had a great location close to walking trails in the golf course. It was a little outside of the town of Moab (A six or seven minute drive) but we liked being in a quieter neighborhood and not near a busy downtown. The views Surrounding this property were also very beautiful. When we got there the hot tub was locked but a call to the management company quickly resolved that. They were very responsive. I’d recommend this property for any family looking to get away and enjoy Moab.

Serene retreat in Moab
This bright, quiet, well-appointed 3 bedroom home is located at the end of a small development looking out to foothills about 3 miles out of town. Our two adult children enjoyed their own bedroom and bath. The kitchen is well equipped and I appreciated the western style furnishings. Check-in went smoothly, but instructions need to update the correct combination for the hot tub and no code is needed for the garage - the key is on a hook inside the door. In winter the first floor bedroom floor is chilly by the sliding glass doors. Upstairs bedrooms are warmer. Cleaner accidentally left washed sheets in the washer. I had to clear down some cobwebs but otherwise quite clean. The surround sound didn't work, but this wasn't a big issue for us. We would stay here again. We liked the decor, appointments, privacy and location.
