Hiking the National Parks
We absolutely would consider staying at this wonderful home again! Location, location, location. It's located just on the outskirts of downtown Moab which was such a fun town. It had many amazing restaurants that had a little bit to offer all. The view over the back patio was breathtaking! Very quiet location even though it's in a complex. The home was very clean. Beds were all made with new sheets and there were plenty of towels for all. The home had everything we needed for our stay and was very convenient to Arches, Canyonlands and several other activities. We would highly recommend this home!

Too hot for summer in the desert!
The property was ok. The AC could only be lowered to 72 degrees otherwise it would freeze up. We had to purchase several box fans to withstand the heat day and night. It definitely was not comfortable at night for those that had to sleep in the extra bedrooms. The only ceiling fans were in the master suite and the living room. The house was pretty clean, I would suggest looking up at the air vents and the spiderwebs along the fireplace and TV, it could use a good dusting. There were no wash clothes in the bathrooms.

We had a great stay in Moab with our kids just out of college. Beautiful hiking, waterfalls, river trip, fun places to eat in town. The condo is great-clean, very well appointed with everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot!

Spent 3 days with a faulty AC with temps inside the living space of 88 Degrees. Contacted the management who did not follow up. Management admitted in writing that they had dropped the ball and their offer for compensation was $ 150.00, which they did not refund. Most miserable lodging we have ever had!!

Very nice place, but not clean and needs a lot of TLC.
We booked this place for 4 nights and after we finally found it, the place could be great, but our visit was spoiled by several issues. First, it is a nice layout, pictures were accurate. But as we started looking around the place needed a deep cleaning. There were cobwebs on the lampshades, the AC air return vents have never been cleaned. We had to reach over the microwave to reach some glasses and the top of the microwave was covered in grease. The surface light on the stove top did not work. The oven did not work, but the broiler did. We went to use the outdoor gas grill only to find it covered with crusted on food. The ignitor did not work on the grill and they had a candle lighter but that can be very dangerous. The King bed in the master had a deep depression on one side and need to be replaced. There is not one sharp knife in the kitchen. The can opener was broken and need to be replaced. We called the 800 number for the management and they were sympathetic but no one from the local management ever returned a call. The maintaince man happened to stop by the night we checked in and re-lit the pilot to the main fireplace but it took both of us 30 mins to get the cable to work in the living area. It's sad, because this would have been a 5 star review except for the lack of response from the local manager. At this price point, we expect the place to be much cleaner and in better condition.

Unit O3 Rim Village
Rim Village Condo Association is a great choice if you are deciding where to stay in Moab. We rented two units, unit O3 and unit O4. We really liked unit O3! When it was built, the owners made smart choices. For example, they chose tile in common areas and two sinks in the master bathroom. They bought quality furniture and decorated in a southwestern theme. We really enjoyed spending time here. It would be great if the owners could update the frying pans and baking pans. But otherwise, unit O3 was perfect!
