Clean rooms. Very family friendly. Close to the National Parks and minutes away from downtown. The breakfast was great with healthy options. Amazing pool and patio area. Would stay here again for sure.

Convenient to Moab town center, Arches National Park and other. Loved the pools with waterfalls, several hot tubs, more than enough lounge chairs and some with shade. Fire pits and comfy couches. Clean, spacious room for 3 people and a smaller dog. Food was not that good, but otherwise, I highly recommend. Staff was helpful. Would return

We enjoyed our stay mostly until we had an incident with rude pool guest one night- a young child threw my son's belongings on the floor and took over his lounge chair and used his clean towel to wrap around himself. There were no more clean towels at the time. Also, there was a guest with a large pit-bull dog inside the pool area watching us when I addressed the issue with the child's mother. The mother apologized. She did not supervise the child and continued to carry on her conversation with another woman. We felt unsafe leaving items on the lounge chair. We did report this incident to the front desk, but no action was taken. They may have been short staffed. Also, the pool and hot tubs are nice amenities, but other misbehaving guests are a subtraction to it. We stayed at this hotel prior and had a wonderful time. We loved the proximity to the Arches and other national parks.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my son and dogs on our cross country trip! This was my son’s favorite hotel out of all the places we stayed at. We loved the pool and proximity to downtown. The room was comfy and spacious with a beautiful view of Moab right out my window.

It is very convenient to go to Arches National Park. However, no dining options were within walking distance, so we had to take the car. The hotel is almost perfect, with nice rooms, a great pool, and breakfast. The only con is that they do not clean the room all days.

The room had a musty old basement smell due to the air conditioner condenser was leaking into carpeting around it. They had internet issues but front desk did a good job correcting the issue. Pool could have been cleaner. Staff was friendly and were helpful!
