This property seems to be newly renovated. The room was clean and modern. It had all the amenities you can expect from a standard motel. I would recommend this motel to anyone staying in the Monticello Utah area.

The room was very clean and smelled nice. Had basic amenities like fridge and microwave. The doors open towards the street so its a little loud, and you should use a little extra precaution traveling at night. We had no incidents and our stay was great!

Everything was good with this property except for the Wi-Fi, which was essentially non existent. A woman from the front desk stated that it was because they had a lot of people on site that night and people were streaming things. We left late the next morning after almost every other vehicle was gone so we could use the Wi-Fi to make further accommodation bookings. Wi-Fi was still basically non existent. So much for the issue being so many people using the Wi-Fi.

The property is an older one story hotel. The room was very spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Jessica at the front desk was very nice and friendly. We would stay here again
