The staff were quite courteous. Unfortunately, the accommodations weren't very clean. As soon as we opened our room door, we were met with a wet, stuffy smell. The curtains, bathroom, and furniture had barely been cleaned. We found out on our second day that the staff will not take out the trash or dirty towels unless you leave them outside the door on the carpet. This also meant they would not come inside to clean up the room.

Staff was extremely nice, but there is one elevator and it’s VERY VERY slow. Our room had a musty smell. We booked two queen beds and got a room with one bed and a couch that did not pull out.
