Custom-built home is oceanfront, on the beach, and close to the waves with a scenic hillside to the east - (You will notice the scenic difference between our house and those in the Ocean Shores area which tend to be set far back from the waves on a very flat shoreline.)

Quality throughout - just the way you would want to build your own home. Bamboo floors on the main level, carpet on the lower level, granite kitchen countertops, solid bedroom doors and insulated inner walls between rooms for added tranquility.
