This hotel is a clean hotel, however one of my rooms smelled like someone had been smoking cigarettes. The water pressure in my shower was extremely low. USB outlets did not work. The lady at the front desk was not friendly (she looked irritated). The breakfast attendant was extremely nice and attentive.

Check-in was horrible, took a half hour. The facility itself is on a main road, adjacent to a hospital which uses helicopters to fly in and out very sick patients. I learned about the helicopters at 1130 pm the first night. The walls are thin and so you know what your neighbor is watching and when they're taking a shower. The free breakfast is decent. The cleaning service is excellent and most staff are friendly. Gun to my head...I might stay here again if I had to but not if I had other, quieter options. The $11.50/ night eco fee isn't great either.

The manager of the hotel was not accommodating at all. $250 deposit, which is terrible considering the hotel isn’t even that nice. The nice girl who worked the front desk was the only thing good in my opinion (her manager was so rude). The manager asked personal questions about my stay… which I found to be offensive considering the reason why I was booking the hotel was for privacy and personal business. In my opinion, the manager shouldn’t be so harsh , especially if they want to book more rooms …. It seems like she just doesn’t care
