We were very disappointed in our room. It smelled when we walked in. I opened the curtains and it had mildew on the bottom of the window window frames. It was not as clean as I would have expected. We won’t be staying there again.

I hate to write this review because we’ve always had a wonderful experience at the Double Tree. Our shower was filthy and the water was scalding. Someone could really get hurt with how high the temperature is allowed to get. Once we were able to get it to a safe temperature, we found that there was no shampoo or conditioner. The most unfortunate part was that I was there for a funeral and the neighbor had their TV at MAX volume that they couldn’t hear security knocking at their door repeatedly. We called again and they said security couldn’t hear anything from the hallway - simply not true. We were offered ear plugs but opted to leave instead. We were there all in all maybe an hour. I was already sad because of the funeral and this simply didn’t help.

Rude night front desk women.
They stay was good however, the lady who works the front desk at night is very rude. I just feel like if this is the job you are choosing to do then don’t be rude doing it. There is someone out there that might do the job better if you don’t like it. Find something that you like so your not rude to other people.

289 rooms. 2 accessible parking spaces on site. Over 20 on site Valet Only spaces (@ $18). About 6 (IIRC) EV Only spaces on site. Everyone else crosses the street and pays. “Curlies” in the bathtub. Toilet bowl loose to floor. Coffee FOR FEE in Lobby.

They had a water shut down the day I checked in and did not bother to let me know at the front desk. Valet parking was rude. They don’t greet and acknowledge you at the counter when you’re waiting next in line.
