Good Value and Clean Place
This is a nice place to stay if you need to stay in the Modesto area. Also close to the freeway. The included breakfast was not bad either. They had eggs, meat, fruit, waffles and lots several other things that were a very nice bonus.

Great location and parking is super easy. Breakfasat staff were terrific and food was fine. Front desk staff was a little late in getting back from another guest and there was a bit of a back up at check in around 5:00 pm. Very good overall value

The check in process was professional. However, the room was not cleanef when requested. No freash towels when requested. Items we purchased for our pleasure we consumed without my permission. Yet the tip that was left for requested service was taken!

I was in my roof for less than 5 minutes and had had to kill a roach in my bathroom. I checked out of my room immediately annd was extremely polite and the gentleman checking me out ant the front desk didn't even say sorry or offer a full refund for not staying.

We liked everything, but on the last day, we discovered what looked like bed bugs or fleas on the bedding of the bed. My wife and sister got bit. We reported this to the front office, and we documented it by taking a few pictures. The manager said the she would contact Expedia to give us credit for our stay.

A true 10/10 place to stay
This will be my second review on how great this place is. The laundry amenities have been a game changer for us. Having the app and being able to see how much longer each machine has between loads is awesome. They have a great spot for our dogs to get out and walk around that they love. From the front staff to behind the scenes, we can’t say enough great things about every single staff member this place has. They have made us & our dogs feel welcome and are so helpful at any given moment. Life has been very uncertain for us but the kindness and care we have been given here is something we will tell anyone about. This place really is a hidden gem in Modesto and we are so grateful we found it.
