Enjoy a stay at our newly updated 2-bedroom Central Valley apartment. Located 2 miles from Kaiser and 1 mile to HWY 99. Very close to Doctors Hospital & Memorial Medical Center. This is the perfect location for traveling healthcare workers and working professionals needing quick freeway access. The apartment is located in Salida Ca which is minuets from Modesto Ca. Nearby you will find shopping, restaurants and a variety of food trucks.

Our space has been completely remodeled & updated to accommodate our guests.

Bedroom #1 has a queen bed. side tables, lamp, black out curtains, large window, ceiling fan and Mini split that provides heat/air. Closet with hangers and a small dresser for clothing.

Bedroom #2 has a twin bed. Ceiling fan and Mini split that provides heat/air. Desk & chair. Closet & hangers

Ceiling fans/lights/ AC & heat are available in each bedroom and common living room. Each bedroom has a closet with hangers. Free Wi-Fi included.

The bathroom has been fully remolded with a tub/shower combo. We provide bath towels, wash rags, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & more.

The kitchen has been fully remodeled and offers a full-size refrigerator & freezer. Also available is a gas stove & oven, microwave, toaster, crockpot, Keurig, & coffee, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, salt, pepper, spices & more. We do not have a dishwasher but provide sponges & dish soap for guests.

Our Livingroom is nice & cozy set up with a couch/rug/lamp & smart TV. We offer free Wi-Fi & other essentials. First aid kit, iron & ironing board available.

Laundry room available 24/7 on site with coin operated washer & dryer. Vending machine also available.
