The property has new ownership and management. It appears they are in the process of renovating. Location was very convenient. The breakfast was good and the breakfast area was comfortable and attractive.

The first room we checked into was very dirty. The bathtub had dark brown stains in it. The floor in the room was very dirty. And the bed skirt had stains. Also the robe hook on the bathroom door was broken off. We requested a room change and the manage let us change rooms and look at the new room. On the surface the new room was better but on closer inspection the floor was very dirty in this room also. We went to turn on a light and it looked like someone had thrown up in the inside of the lampshade. Also the hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work right. You had to hold the on button in to get it to work which makes it really hard to dry and style your hair. The hallway carpeting was also very dirty. We will not be staying there again.

We checked in but we did not stay overnight. There were wall and door patches everywhere. The nooks and crannies were dirty. Soda was splashed on the door and not cleaned. Bed appeared clean and comfortable but there were too many other things making us uncomfortable.

The elevator was out and the only communication to the guest was a hand written sign that fell off the elevator door onto the floor with sign information face down. There did not seem to be any urgency to notify the guest or get the elevator fixed. Had to hand carry all my luggage down the stairs.

First of all this is not a cheap hotel and the experience that I had was terrible… the toilet was filthy,the shower curtain had mold on it.. and the tub stopper came off and it was nasty under there ad it was a bunch of dirty hair in it.. paying $225.0 a night is not cheap but I felt like I was at a motel 6.. I really hate the experience I had with this hotel…

Property was not clean. Hallway carpet dirty. Breakfast was terrible as well. Front desk person was rude. I booked 10 rooms there for a tournament. Will never book there again.

Never again!
The lobby looked like it would be nice. Immediately after entering the elevator i was taken back by the terrible smell. I actually told my daughter maybe some garbage had just been taken out. We got to the room and the smell in there was so bad i had to open the window. I left the window open the entire 1st day. There was hair all over in the bathroom 😞 the floor was so gross in the room my feet were visibly dirty! I would definitely say this hotel needs a renovation terribly!! The next morning we tried to eat breakfast....can some explain why the eggs were wet? There is no other way to discribe it. Eggs slurpee? So we had to go buy breakfast before we left town. I do not recommend. If this is how all confort inns are we will never book again!
