Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Overall 1 star, I had bad experience at this property. Good: The manager Edward is very responsive, he tried everything he can to help me. Bad: 1. there is a gross misrepresentation of the location, it is much further from the ocean/beach than it actually is. 2. there are mosquitos !!! and there is no mosquito stopper on the bed, the first unit was okay after Edward brought me the electric mosquito remover, but after I changed a unit (due to clean lady not in on Sunday and I can't get new sheet and they can't give me new sheet but can move me to another unit), the new unit has a window that is not even in the slide, thus cannot close. If I can have the fan blast on me all night I can prevent some mosquito bites but one string of the fan is broken so it has to spin, so I sometimes get wind sometimes not and will get bites. I slept poorly last night. 3. the condition of the unit feels not ready for a cozy rental, knifes and spoons are just throw in a random drawer, the fridge is not plug in by default and since I did not know , spoiled some food in there. Anyway, maybe for people who have been in apartments like this, they know the ins and outs it will be okay, but for a traveller this is not up to par. price wise it is cheaper but some hotels are not that much more expensive at a much more prime location, thus I deem the value low here.
