Although this is an older hotel the rooms are clean with comfortable beds and new bedding. Bkfst was good with cheery staff service. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Didn’t use the shuttle service but it’s a 5 min drive from the airport and easy access.

For the brand, it was okay. I didn't like the carpet in the room but understand it's necessary. The staff were friendly enough and one receptionist would always address me by name and that was nice. The cooked breakfast was good but there was little variety for someone staying for 5 days but that's also understandable. The coffee machine was a nice touch and the young man who I assume works in the kitchen gave me an excellent overview on how to use it and I was able to show another guest so that worked out very well for us. The hotel was chosen because it's close to MFC and so was within walking and driving distances and close to the mall.

On day one we checked in. The woman working the counter was great. She was there each time I was in the lobby. No complaints about her at all. We put all of our food in the mini fridge. Work up the next morning to discover that the mini fridge didn't work and all our food was spoiled. Mentioned it to the staff and they said they would look into it. They didn't. Half of the electrical outlets in the room didn't work. We had a room with a whirlpool tub in the living room. We couldn't get the drain to plug but discovered that there was an old cherry pit and stem peventing it from closing. Gross.
