My Anniversary and get together
The stay was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the room was big bathroom a little small but water pressure was great!, pool and hot tub were huge, the hotel was quiet and right by quick food spots, staff were very friendly and quick with service like towels etc.!!! Overall one of the best hotels I’ve been to can’t wait to book again

I rented a suit for the weekend. Upon entering the suit I observed that there was a rip in the couch cushion. This should've been replaced by now if you're selling it as a suit. The only other thing that I didn't like was the sink in the bathroom kind of shot water everywhere when you turned the faucet on

The room smells like smoke, our cards don't work to open our door, had to go back and get new cards 2 times and still only one sometimes works, there are several lights that don't work in the room and the remote doesn't work for tv. The only reason I didn't give less stars is the staff have all been very helpful.

Staff was very nice and accommodating
Toilet was leaking at the shut off valve. But was addressed during our stay. Toilet was running. Maintenance fixed it, but it soon after started running again. had a little trouble with the TV. Controller did not work. I took the batteries out and turned them put them back in and it worked. But then the TV would not turn on. Found out that it was actually not plugged in. So I fixed that and then I got a message on the TV screen that there was no service. At that point, I called the front desk and the young lady was able to talk me through getting the service back on. The fire door on the first floor was propped open several times by stones. I’m sure it’s the smokers in the building. But it is a bit concerning because anyone could walk in. I notified the desk. After that, I just kept kicking the stone out. Tried to report it at the front desk again, but the line was extremely long and I did not have time to wait.

The toilet leaked in Room 301, so we woke up to water on the floor. The faucet on the sink was not working properly and was difficult to turn off as it was broken.there were no wash cloths in the room. My husband had to dress in the morning to get towels to mop up the floor and get wash cloths for the shower. No one at the front desk said sorry…just gave us towels.
