Welcome to Montalbán, where you will be greeted by winding narrow streets, under which there is a world of cellars and underground facilities, by the view of impressive and beautiful mountains, a castle under reconstruction and a handsome church.
The town is located on the banks of the Rio Martín, in a natural area of ravines and cliffs. The area is full of hiking trails and excursion destinations, throughout the area known as Cuencas Mineras. The first references to settlers in this area are found in the cave paintings along the Rio Martín. The oldest date is from about 6000 BC - All this makes the place ideal for a convivial, versatile vacation, in a hospitable landscape full of natural beauty.
You will find in Montalbán and surroundings, among others, an Institute of Geology, an Observatory or a Mining Museum of Escucha (inside the old mine).
Your accommodation is located on the outskirts of the village, in a harmonious residential area. Here you will find all the comfort you need, in authentic and pleasant furnishings.
