This vintage 1980’s post modern beach house, is bright, clean and airy. This is FAMILY HOME available for MATURE, CONSIDERATE GUESTS 32+ YEARS OF AGE. Photo of booking guest driver license is required when booking. This is NOT a party house; loud music, loud voices and smoking are prohibited on the property. Five bedrooms sleep a TOTAL of 7 guests. Three of the bedrooms have private balcony decks designed to hold ONE ADULT AT A TIME, children MUST ALWAYS BE SUPERVISED. The large main deck is outfitted with dining furniture and seating. The newly finished basement offers recreational space with TV, sitting area, wet bar, full bathroom and laundry room. Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is surrounded by nature reserves, and is a short 8 minute walk to beach, town and nature trail.
