Pretty provençal villa on hillside near Montauroux

This charming Provençal villa, with its rosemary and lavender filled gardens, truly captures the essence of the Côte d'Azur. The medieval village of Montauroux is only a 5 minute drive away and holds fantastic views of the Mediterranean coast.
The villa's secluded private pool is set above the property, capturing the sun throughout the day, and there is plenty of room for the sun loungers. The lovely terrace, overlooking oleanders and olive trees, is the perfect place for a spot of lunch or an evening barbeque and there is a comfortable outside seating area, ideal for a relaxing drink in the afternoon sun.
The accommodation is on one level, accessed via a sloping driveway. The large sitting and inside dining area are a real feature, having a high beamed ceiling and a central fireplace. There are three bedrooms - the master bedroom, which has french doors opening onto the terrace, has a large en-suite bathroom with two wash basins, bath and separate shower. The second double bedroom also has a king size bed and shares the adjoining wet room with the third twin bedded room. The villa also has a large modern kitchen which is fully equipped for your stay.

Montauroux villa
Absolutely wonderful villa, full of character, beautifully clean with a really well equipped kitchen. Lovely pool. Communication was really good. The area is fantastic, the lake is gorgeous and you're in easy reach of Cannes, st Tropez, Grasse etc. Lovely holiday, I'd recommend this property.

French Perfection
We loved every minute of our stay in the house, from the moment we arrived to a warm welcome. The house is absolute perfection, has everything you could ever need in it and is in a great location for all sorts of visits in the local area. Relaxing and Comfortable Hide a Way
Easy to find with the owners clear directions, a warm welcome by the property manager Wendy. Great first impressions of the house pulling into the secluded drive pool with panoramic views over the mountains. The house was very comfortable and although no air conditioning the ceilings were high so the rooms remained cool. The pictures on the web were exactly correct, the property was well maintained, clean, and clearly a home from home. Our family would highly recommend this property, 10 mins drive to the lake,supermarkets and a good selection of restaurants. Beaches extremely busy in August were 40 mins away. Hope to be back next year!

Charmantes Landhaus in strategisch günstiger Lage
Wir waren dort mit vier Kinder zwischen 10 und 17 Jahren. Das Haus ist gut geschnitten mit einer schönen, schattigen Terrasse mit Grill und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Das Pool hat eine angenehme Größe; wir haben es viel genutzt. Das Haus selbst ist sympathisch, ruhig und gut gelegen. Die Aussicht wäre nach einem Rückschnitt der Büsche noch schöner.

Very nice house, lots of space inside and outside, several terraces for different moments of the day, great pool, with a beautiful view. Spacious kitchen has everything you need. So we had a perfect week. For fresh croissants in the morning you need a drive by car for 10 minutes to Au pain Gourmand, where they also sell delicious patisserie

We had a wonderful stay in the villa, which is in a bery beautiful location and has a beautiful, large garden. The villa is well-kept and spacious, and outside on the terrace you have a lot of space to eat in peace or to rest. The pool is nice and well-kept. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful stay
We had a marvellous time at this beautiful house. The house is situated in a beautiful area, a lot of nice villages are only a short drive away, you get to the beaches in half an hour. The terraces and the pool area are very nice, everything in the house is in a very good condition and thought through. We felt very comfortable and even got inspiration for some new kitchen equippment :-) The house owner is incredible friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this property.

Comfortable and spaceous villa with great swimming pool and stunning view
We had a great stay at this villa, situated at a nice location. The area is beautiful, easy to explore by car. Supermarkets and restaurants are relatively closeby. The house is comfortable and spaceous, with everything you need and very clean. Swimming pool is large and situated uphill with a beautiful view over the mountains. We had a lovely holiday with our 4 young children!
