The space
Walking distance to the river, views of the river, hot tub/spa, spa like shower, beautiful newly remodeled hardwood. Peace and quiet with activities in walking distance. Excellent restaurants nearby in Guerneville and Occidental. Fully equipped upstairs kitchen plus propane BBQ on deck. Cedar hot tub on lower deck with views of redwoods.

Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available for all guests to use. Please take extra care in using the wipes to clear up bathroom surfaces after using.

If you are feeling under the weather or have been in a high risk situation, we ask that you please stay home until you are feeling better and/or have been in quarantine. We will still be here when you're well and safe again! For the time being we do ask that only California locals within driving distance visit the area.

Cedar hot tub. One large TV. Comcast. WiFi. Paddle board and surfboards can be available with prior request. Cannabis friendly space. Cat friendly. No tobaccos on site please.

We are well above the flood zone and not generally affected by flooding issues.
