Localização boa, valor bom, porém chuveiro elétrico conta gota, segundo dia pedimos limpeza, deixaram uma taxinha no chão que entrou no meu calcanhar e inflamou, levei a taxinha na recepção tinha um rapaz novo e a recepcionista o cara não deu a mínima como se fosse um fato normal, ou seja se fosse uma criança pisado na taxinha queria ver o escândalo…

Um lugar para lembranças...
O hotel é muito aconchegante e cheio de mimos para deixar os hóspedes muito à vontade. Casarão com quartos muito limpos, cama de casal super king, lareira, pátio interno muito bem conservado e cheio de decoração para boas lembranças. Recepção muito profissional e hospitaleira, pessoal do atendimento super gentis. Adoramos e vamos voltar.

Gostamos muito do hotel, tudo bem limpinho e organizado, café da manhã excelente, muitas opções, todos os funcionários simpáticos e receptivos, excelente localização em meio a natureza, lugar calmo, estrada quase toda pavimentada até chegar ao hotel, pequeno trecho de estrada de terra que por sinal muito bom, voltaremos com certeza.

Local exuberante. Pousada aconchegante! Desde o recepcionista Donizete, aos demais funcionários, tudo se deu de forma excelente, e ainda contamos com a presença simpática e muito prestativa da Valéria, titular da hospedaria. Serviços condizentes com o padrão. Recomendo e pretendo voltar para uma temporada mais longa para hospedar-me nos charmosos chalés!

Estadia incrível, a vista do hotel é maravilhosa, quarto grande, fiquei no apartamento superior a cama é enorme e muito confortável. Café da manhã caseiro, cheio de comidas gostosas. O ponto principal é o atendimento dos funcionário, um carinho e cordialidade que encanta, principalmente o Donizete e o Jonatas.
