The rooms need an upgrade. The entertainment was really good. The a la carte meals were very good but the buffets were only okay. A lot of fried food and not many vegetables. Stick to the prep in front of you meal options - you’ll have to wait.

I stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days, and the stay was terrible. The floor was soak and wet, the walls were sweating and the ceiling was dripping on us while we slept. The power went out and the ac did not work, staff was made aware and did not care. Asked for a room change and was denied. We had to go to the spa to use their outlets to charge our phones. Finally on the last night, the manager gave us another room after complaining and calling for 2 days. Would never stay there again! Horrible experience and I been to Jamaica several times this by far is the worse experience ever.

The property was spectacular. It gave a very high end impression and look. It was extremely clean and accommodating. The food was wonderful. It is always good to include the native food as a daily option. What needs to be improved is the beach. We were unable to swim due to the grass and rocks in the water. The physical (buildings were under construction) restaurants needed renovations. This improvement should have been done in stages, not all of them unavailable at the same time. Also, there should be more evening activities after dinner. On the whole, the facility was great.

I had a awesome time at this resort. The property is beautiful and everyone was so nice and accommodating. I did not have a good time there. They did not accept my Expedia credit so I had to pay out of pocket and my experience with it. The family was not good. I did not receive what I expected and I would not recommend anybody to this. Love Expedia, but I did not use anything from MY VIP credit on this trip
