The staff was exceptionally well. I really appreciate the housekeeping staff member chaundra. My room was 3013 please know she did a excellent service for my wife and I that needs to be recognized also the shuttle drivers to and from our room was awesome and helpful Sahsha was very hospitable to us. We loved her.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the smiling faces of the staff. They were extremely accommodating in every aspect, and very respectful. The property itself is extremely well kept! Everywhere we went, there was some form of cleaning taking place (landscaping, sanitizing, and painting included). The room was beautiful and clean. The food and entertainment at Grand Palladium were my absolute favorite things (apart from the spectacular views of course)! We are definitely going back!

Really beautiful beach and big pool with enough space for everyone. Friendly staff who took care of us through out the stay: kids club, servers room cleaners. Resort is not new so a lot of work is done during our stay

I have stay there many times and this was by far my worst experience. Power went out daily. You have to make reservations for the restaurants on the app, but the app doesn’t work. Tried to order room service several times, but you're on hold for hours with no answer. Paid $150 for the cabana and the server came down three times in 8 hours. List went on and on. Staff said they're under new management. Really need to get their stuff in order.

I saw a mouse running around in the sports bar.Magement charged me for a sea view room and my room only had apartial view.Had photo shoot lady was coming to do make up that morning they wouldnt let her on property with a $150.00 for a day pass.

The facility and amenities were good. The staff were well trained and the food was ok. I believe the hotel could have done better with the variety in its offerings of breakfast. By and large for two mornings there was mostly American breakfast served. I never experienced one serving of ackee and saltfish throughout my stay. While the staff were well trained i found that a few of them were lacking in professionalism. Nevertheless, the grounds were well kept and the property was safe.

Had a great time. The bus driver that took us to the airport today was not a nice person. Very rude and belligerent when I couldn’t understand what he was telling me. Very disappointed with this driver as was the rest of our party. Very, very disappointed!!!

Staff was friendly but not enough. Alot of times we were ignored at the buffets and had to go get our own drinks. Our room was in building 26 and it was extremely noisy at night because of the entertainment. The noise level was extremely high until after 1am in the morning. I didn't sleep well all week. They need to cut the noise level off at 11pm.
