Check-in at Hotel 39 in Jamaica was smooth, but unfortunately, the front desk service during my stay was extremely disappointing. Whenever I needed assistance, the staff was either unavailable, unhelpful, or dismissive. Simple requests took far too long to be addressed, and I often felt like I was being ignored rather than accommodated.
Hospitality is a key part of any hotel experience, and the lack of professionalism and attentiveness from the front desk made my stay frustrating. I would not recommend Hotel 39 based on this poor service alone. There are plenty of other accommodations in Jamaica that understand the value of hospitality and treating guests with respect. I expected better service, and unfortunately, Hotel 39 did not deliver. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made.
