Property is beautiful and clean . Food is edible at best and horrible most of the time . Your best options will be eating at the market buffet for lunch . Drinks are pretty watered down so you have to take shots mostly

I had a fantastic stay at ocean eden bay, happily recommend them! Staff were attentive and friendly, they often checked in with all guests to ensure everyone was having a good time. My room had an incredible balcony hot tub overlooking the main pool area and even the ocean (stunning). Housekeeping were lovely and even cleaned twice a day. Great dining options, I managed to try a few and they were all great experiences with delicious meals. When my airport transfer was running late they jumped on the phone to sort it out for me. I basically had the relaxing reset I came for. Check them out!

The property is beautiful but the staff left so much to be desired. This was my first time at this resort due to joining some friends there and upon arrival everything went left. Due to poor marketing and misleading descriptions on their website. Check In took an entire day and turned into a standoff. Only after I decided to leave and go to another resort did they agree to LET ME PAY MORE to get what I originally booked. Not before asking me to spend an additional $300 for something Expedia had for $50. UNREAL AND THE WORST EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU EXPEDIA FOR YOUR HELP AND GREAT PRICES BUT I WON'T GO BACK THERE!

Ocean Eden bay was a very beautiful property. Night life was dry after 10pm. Customer service and accommodations where top notch. 45 minutes from airport. We purchased Excursions tickets in the lobby. Fun day on booze cruise with dunns river for $130. Overall great stay at Ocean Eden Bay.

The food was terrible, except for the Breakfast at The Market in the adjacent property. Room was spacious, but not what I was sold, I was sold a full ocean view room and got a pool view with a glimpse of the ocean. The coffee station mini bar area in my room was sticky so clearly they didn't clean it. I travel with Clorox wipes, lysol and other cleaning products so I cleaned my it my self. The hotel blamed Expedia! I will never go there again and I won't recommend this property to anyone I know. Four days too long! The end.
