Disappointing Experience in Jamaica
I recently stayed at this resort, and unfortunately, my experience was far from the relaxing vacation I had hoped for. The customer service was the biggest letdown. The majority of the staff—hosts, waiters, and bartenders—were shockingly rude and seemed to lack even basic customer service skills. Unless a tip was handed over upfront, they showed little interest in being helpful or friendly, which is unacceptable behavior at an all-inclusive resort.
The food was one of the few highlights—it was consistently good and enjoyable. However, the drinks were terrible, lacking flavor and proper preparation. It was disappointing to pay for an all-inclusive experience and feel the need to avoid the bar.
The hotel room itself was nice, but housekeeping only cleaned it twice during our entire week-long stay. This level of service is not what I expect from a resort of this caliber. Even called them three times in one day to ensure our room was cleaned and no one ever came.
The rest of the resort was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, but the pool area was overcrowded. There simply weren’t enough chairs to accommodate everyone, leaving us struggling to find a place to relax during peak hours.
Overall, while there were a few redeeming qualities, the poor customer service, subpar drinks, and lack of attention to detail made this trip disappointing. I would not recommend this resort and will not be returning.
