Staff was amazing, the entertainment crew was phenomenal. The activities they offer are so much fun and you can tell those dancers put their all into performances for guests. I would love to come back again. The bartenders were sweet and overall I had a good time at RIU Reggae, fun and simple. It is not an extravagant venue but the experience itself was the most important. Will be returning. Thank you Jamaica and RIU staff!

First we put in for a double bed. They gave us a king size bed so when we mentioned it to them the next day they was going to give us a double bed but we had to check out of the room we was in and we had to sit outside for three hours, waiting for them to give us another room that was very inconvenient for us because we had to sit out and they didn’t try to make us happy with nothing. They didn’t try to do anything to make sure we were happy guests they didn’t try to compensate us. They didn’t try to do anything. It was just like well first come first serve. I’ve worked in the motel business a long time and that’s not how I go if somebody come for what they want, they get there , that first come first serve our room was booked months before we got there It was very inconvenient for us because of their mistake , I don’t see where that is right when you make that mistake you’re supposed do whatever it takes to make the guest happy and satisfied but the manager she was just like that’s how it is first come first serve. I would not recommend that place to anyone because of my experience.

I really enjoy this resort. Close to airport. Staff amazing I did have a little problem with my room. The toilet wasn’t working but they fixed it right away. Food was good great option n a lot of fun
