Meidän huoneisto sijaitsee vanhan palatsin sisällä historiallisessa keskustassa Montepulciano ja on useita moderneja mukavuuksia ja mukavuuksia. Meidän huoneisto on erittäin tilava ja on uusittu ja kalustettu uusilla huonekaluilla. Siinä on hieno toimiva FIBER OPTIC WI-FI. Se on uusi keittiö uusia kodinkoneita sisältäen astianpesukone, liesi, jääkaappi ja pesukone. Korkeat katot koko Apt., 3 matrimoniale tai Queen size-vuoteet, suuri makuuhuone, olohuone ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Se sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla ja lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kaupoista, ravintoloista ja kahviloista. Montepulcianolla on useita kauniita museoita, kirkkoja, palatseja, Cantinoja, Piazzoja ja puistoja. Se on myös 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kuuluisalta kielikoululta IL SASSO, jossa monet vieraani ovat ottaneet osan kursseistaan oppiakseen italiaa. Se on myös erinomainen paikka vierailla muissa kauniissa paikallisissa Toscanan kaupungeissa, jotka ovat lyhyen ajomatkan päässä.

Off the chart!!
What a rare delight —when reality exceeds the expectation! This lovely lodging, nestled in the fairy tail hill town of Montepulciano, is spacious and immaculately clean and well appointed. It has views of the cobble-stoned village on one side and sweeping views of the Tuscan countryside on the other. Jaw-dropping beauty! You will hear the church bells ring, and you will never want to leave. The host, Dorita, is delightful and attentive to ensure the needs of her guests are met — we appreciated her help in arranging for transportation during our stay.

Perfect location and stunning views
We loved this large spacious apt in the heart of Montepulciano! Everything is walkable. There are shops, restaurants, gelato, wine cellars, wine tastings, stunning views, cappuccinos and more. Dorita is a great communicator and even went out of her way to come say hello and meet us in town. The apartment is large and updated. The bathroom is huge and modern. There is a sitting area in the master bedroom and an entire huge living room to hang out in and a grand foyer when you enter. The views from the bedroom and kitchen are beyond words. There are some lists of highly recommended restaurants there for you to consider. There is also a local park and playground at the bottom of the hill. We drove our car to some other local towns and enjoyed the views of the rolling hills of Tuscany. I am glad we chose Montepulciano and this apt to be our home base for our vacation. Highly recommend!!

Awesome location and host!
This property is right above the Main Street in Montepulciano. The host, Dorita could not be more welcoming with the tour and offer to help. Originally New Yorkers they know how to set up a property. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Great location in beautiful town
The apartment is great. Quite large, well furnished and very comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring and very close to convenient free parking -a bonus in Italian villages! Views of the Tuscan countryside are wonderful and it’s fun to be in the middle of the town activities. Lots of nearby restaurants etc and very convenient food stores. Montepulciano is lovely and a great base for Tuscany and Umbria Thank you Dorita!

Couldn’t be in a better location
Our group included a couple using canes. The apartment being close to the entrance of old town enabled them to get to the car for our side trips & enjoy that part inside the walls. It’s also close to a small market, a store with vegetables, and a butcher.

Beautiful Apartment in beautiful town
Dorita was an amazing host. She was very friendly, accommodating and easy to communicate with. The apartment was spacious, very clean and our family of four felt very comfortable there. The views from the apartment were breath-taking. There were so many things to enjoy including touring the city, wine tasting, incredible restaurants and shops that were all within walking distance. Home owner is very helpful and the Apartment is nicely layout with a great view
Dorita the homeowner is very helpful in providing suggestions for restaurants and wine tours. The apartment had everything our family needed. The only downfall is that it is not air conditioned. With all the windows open it was still 82 degrees at 2am. The apartment is within the city so it was noisy at night with the windows open. Wonderful location. Thank you Dorita for making your home available to our family.

Stunning apartment with gorgeous views
My husband, adult son and I enjoyed five nights in this lovely apartment. The apartment is inside the old city and right on the main street of the town. The apartment is very roomy, comfortable, and affords the most lovely Tuscan views from the master bedroom, dining room and kitchen. The other two bedrooms are over the main street (which is pretty quiet). Dorita was a gracious hostess, providing us with terrific recommendations and even taking time to secure reservations for us. Our stay in Montepulciano was delightful in every way!

An exceptional residence with a a superb host! Donita was a attentive host, she met us at the apartment and explained all the appliances, left us wine, made our dinner reservations, bought extra pillows and accommodated us with a late check out free of charge. The apartment had the best sunset in Montepulchiano. Three large bedrooms for the 3 couples traveling together.

Beautiful and convenient apartment
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment, conveniently located very close to the town wall. The views from the dining room and bedroom are breathtaking. We frequently use VRBO, and Dorita is the best host I've ever had with a vacation rental. She was a very gracious host, doing all she could to make our visit a pleasant one.

Perfect home away from home
We absolutely loved our stay at the apartment. It is situated on the main road, close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is clean, spacious, with lot of amenities for a comfortable stay. Wonderful apartment and host!
Three of us stayed 5 nights in Dorita's apartment in Montepulciano. The apartment is beautiful -- even nicer than the photos -- and Dorita is an incredible host. She and her husband, Vincent, met us upon arrival and took us to the apartment, which is about a block inside the gates of the very charming old town. Dorita and Vincent helped us get settled and oriented to the town and the surrounding area. They had great recommendations for local dining, even making us reservations at restaurants, as well as nearby towns and wineries. We found 2 bottles of local wine waiting for us, along with coffee and bottled water. Dorita could not have been more helpful and gracious throughout our stay and the apartment is large and very comfortable, a great place to relax after a day of touring. We would highly recommend this property and would love to go back someday!

Beautiful!
This apartment in Montapulciano is truly beautiful. Marble everywhere -- floors, tables, kitchen. Well furnished, everything needed was supplied. My only suggestion would be to provide better instructions for using the washing machine. Better yet would be a stacking unit with washer on the bottom and drier on the top. The drying rack was fine, but took two days for clothes to dry! Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much. The town is charming, restaurants and shops very nice. Thank you!

The apartment is located in a perfect area. Close to shops and restaurants. In a word....perfect. The rooms are roomy and spacious. The views are to die for. Really enjoyed our stay. Wish we could of stayed longer.

Beautiful and spacious apartment located right in Montepulciano, with the most amazing views.
The apartment was great. It was well located, with easy access to everything, including parking. Incredible views of the Tuscan hills was an added bonus! We were 6 adults and we had plenty of room, the apartment was very comfortable and spacious. It was very clean and well equipped with modern appliances. The owner/manager, Dorita was very helpful providing advice and suggestions and readily available by phone. Appreciated the wine and pastries Dorita provided to us upon arrival. Would certainly recommend Montipulciano, and definitely recommend this rental.
