Really nice location, right next to a beach, walkable to the aquarium and Fisherman’s wharf. The room was spacious and such a good deal. The heater was quite loud but it worked.

3 person will sleep on the floor if you don’t beds
A bit dated but room was clean and bed was cozy. I booked a room to accommodate 3 people, yet only was given one bed. No roll away offered, no pull out couch….nothing.

The hotel was ran down the floor outside. Our bathroom was wet. The bathroom was a decent size. Shower was nice. The bed was OK. The patio area had one chair a table a garden house and an internal power strip nailed outside the eve which was not really safe. Our air-conditioning unit didn’t work so the room was hot and muggy. The walls are saying you can hear everything going on next to you And traffic. You can hear it all well not recommend to stay here again.

The room itself was perfectly average, not great, not bad. The main reason to stay is the location 5 minutes to pretty much any tourist spot. Limited garbage cans that I saw, 2 bins in the room that can fit a take out box, large bin in the parking area. The patio for the street side rooms is disappointing, dirt lot with a wall.

What a gem of a little hotel - nothing fancy, but a perfect location situated between the piers and Cannery row. Nice little courtyard that our room opened into - our kids loved this. Very nice staff and a great coffee machine in the lobby - we will be back for sure!

Just many of the lodging properties in Monterey, it is an older building. However, the rooms are clean and spacious. It's within walking distance to many of the restaurants and shops. I would definitely say here again.

Exceptional Hotel!
We wanted to stay one night somewhere while taking a small trip to Santa Cruz and Monterey and when looking on Hotels.com we came across this place. We would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. The hotel is in a fantastic location, at the end of Cannery Row. It's very short walk to the beach and shops. At the other end of Cannery Row is the Aquarium which is a very short walk away. The hotel was VERY clean, spacious and also comfy. There is onsite free car parking too, what more can you ask for! If we visit the area again, we will be staying here thats for sure! Thank you for a great stay :)

Well priced and easy walk to the aquarium and shopping area. I didn't mind, but the mass of sea lions on the beach across the street can be loud. Will book again here.
