The Podere Villa Madama is about 120 square meters, it develops all on one floor, with a large porch with sea view. Lit by the sun until sunset. The farm includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. It is possible to request an extra bed. it is equipped with an internal fireplace and a wood-burning oven. There is also a barbecue area located outside with a table and chairs.

The farm is surrounded by the greenery of Tuscany, 1 km from Monterotondo Marittimo, private access with automatic gate surrounded by chestnut woods.
For guests traveling with their own animals, you should know that we have a beautiful fenced lawn with wooden kennel attached in the shade of a fir tree where you can leave your little friends.
Monterotondo Marittimo, a small village of medieval origin that rises in the area of the metalliferous hills. The town is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub extending towards the sea, rich in flora and fauna and immense chestnut groves; It is a destination for hikers who love trekking, healthy air and natural beauty. Also famous for the Boraciferi shower heads and for the production of geothermal energy, the territory of Monterotondo offers a truly unique naturalistic spectacle in the "Biancane" park, about one km from the village, recently inaugurated also the geomuseum Mubia. The surrounding area also has numerous springs of thermal water, such as the Biolago bathing complex in the nearby town of Sasso Pisano.

The sea is easily accessible: 35 minutes from the seaside town of Follonica, 45 minutes from the famous seaside resort of Punta Ala and from the beach of Cala Violina.

Villa agréable et vue magnifique
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la villa est grande et bien équipée même si certains équipements mériteraient un renouvèlement. La terrasse est très grande et fermée (très appréciable si vous voyagez avec un chien) et la vue depuis cette terrasse est magnifique avec un spectacle de coucher de soleil chaque soir. Dommage qu’elle ne soit pas un peu plus aménagée le baby foot est en mauvais état etat, nous avions seulement deux chaises de jardin, un vieux canapé et une table avec deux bancs pas très confortable pour s’installer. La piscine est hors sol, en contrebas de la maison et non chauffée. Le coin piscine est très bien aménagé et complètement clôturé. Il faut savoir que la partie droite de la maison est occupée par une famille et deux chiens : réveil chaque jour ou presque entre 6h30 et 7h par les aboiements alors si vous n’êtes pas matinal et/ou n’aimez pas les chiens il vaut mieux passer votre chemin. Dans le cas contraire vous apprécierez le lieu et la vue champêtre !

Wunderschöne Aussicht!
Die Terrasse hat einen sensationelle Ausblick. Wir haben zwei Wochen jeden Abend einen Sonnenuntergang erlebt, jeden Abend anders und immer spektakulär! Der Weg zum Pool ist ziemlich steil und für Menschen die nicht so gut zu Fuß sind etwas schwierig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben auf alle Anfragen sofort geantwortet. Wir hatten einen rundherum schönen Urlaub.

Vacanza bellissima
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa meravigliosa sulle colline, in mezzo al verde e alla tranquillità del posto. La casa è grande, pulita, spaziosa con 3 camere (tutte dotate di tv) due bagni (uno con doccia e l'altro con vasca idromassaggio) e un bel terrazzo con panorama. Nel prato sottostante c'è una piscina con sdrai, ombrelloni e doccia. Ci sono due bei cagnoni che gironzolano liberi per la proprietà (che è molto vasta) ma molto buoni e innocui. Noi viaggiavamo con i nostri due cani e non c'è stato alcun problema. Troverete adiacente al cortile di ingresso alla casa un recinto con casetta di legno per cani (molto comodo). Consiglio: se volete una casa al mare, non fa per voi. Se invece non vi pesa fare qualche km in macchina ad un'ora dalla casa troverete cala Civette, spiaggia di Punta Ala, Spiaggia di Puntone,Cala Martina, Cala Violina (quest'ultima molto bella). Très agréable villa
Séjour très agréable, villa superbe avec tout le confort, une très grande terrasse. Linda est très gentille et à l’écoute si on a besoin. La piscine est très appréciable les jours on on ne veut pas bouger. Nous recommandons !

Superbe maison, avec une vue magnifique depuis la grande terrasse .
Confort ,propreté... Nous avons bien profité de notre séjour dans cette villa ,avec piscine , baby-foot… Un grand merci à Linda et Stefano …. pour leur gentillesse. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable et comptons y retourner . Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location ou l'on se sent vraiment bien.
