I made a reservation by mistake for the same day at 5:00pm, literally call them half hour later that I realized about it to let them know that I made a mistake on the dates and asked if they could cancel the reservation so I won’t be charged for not showing up and their response was NO, tried to do it through Expedia, they called the hotel to explain the situation and again received a negative answer. I know it was my mistake but I would have expected some flexibility and understanding as I called them right after making the mistake. Of course they charged the full amount for the night. Be aware of their unflexible policies and horrible client service before making a reservation. There are many good options in the area so try to avoid this hotel

I ordered room service from the kitchen, it was late at night when I got to the hotel, and my dinner was excellent!!! Super fresh and high quality ingredientes, beautiful presentation, absolutely delicious! I was very happily surprised! I had to call back right after finishing eating, to congratulate the Chef, her name is Guadalupe. I really want to congratulate you all for the excellent service, since the shuttle driver who picked me up at the airport to the cleaning lady. I am very pleased with the night I spent at Best Western Premier Monterrey Aeropuerto. I will definitely be back and will tell my family and friends who frequently spend nights at hotels at the airport.

My room smelled moldy and was the carpet was extremely dirty as well as my bed sheets had food crumbs from the previous person who stayed at the room. The amenities where bare minimum and I couldn’t access the gym nor any door besides my room door. The worst part was being abruptly woken up by a staff member walking door to door trying to open any door that was unlocked at around 10 p.m. they where loud and where talking to someone on a radio. The area around the hotel was dirty and smelled of raw sewage. I truly hope I never spend a night here ever again.
