The a/c was broken in our room to start. Maintenance guy came and it broke again. My wife had to make them change our room. New room had no hot water in the bathroom sink. Card keys quit working on the third day. Restaurant staff was very slow and rude. The bell hop was amazing though. Very friendly and knowledgeable man and we appreciate him greatly.

Not happy with this stay. Checkin went smoothly. Went to my room. Removed the sign from the door that said this room was disinfected. A little later after taking my shower and while drying off I noticed something on the floor. I picked it up and to my horror it was a pill that was partially dissolved. I quickly wash my hands in case it was a fentanyl pill. So much for disinfected. And then the carpet around the bed was all dirty it hadn't been vacuumed and what looked like probably a week. And personally I thought the beds were way way too soft along with the pillows but I was able to sleep well. And check out I made the comment to the checkout lady about the pill. There was no manager on duty so she give me an email address to write to which I will.

It was a beautiful hotel with staff that was friendly and available. They do close room service at 12 though. Everything around is not available so make sure you have snacks with you and something to drink because there will be nothing to deink or snack on!

Old hotel
The hotel is old and needs to be remodeled. There’s an odor in the room that smells like mold. The breakfast buffet wasn’t good. Cooks need to learn how to season the food. Dinner wasn’t good either.

Everything is fine, except for the parking lot, the people in the parking lot don't let me park in the handicapped parking lot, even though I always have my permit. Only one person went one day and one day those parking lots didn't close. I won't be back. My partner has trouble walking and even then that man wouldn't let me.
