We had a lovely time . We stayed two weeks . The only complaint was that Armando the food and beverage manger never took the time to go get wine for his Resturant . Like I said we stayed two weeks and they had wine the first day and after that it was on order . Thought that they could maybe go to the store and get a few knowing he had clients that enjoyed wine . The front desk staff , Sam , Karla and all the rest were so helpful and kind . The housekeeper Esmeralda made our stay amazing . We will be back and thank you nh for making our trip .

AC never cooled room down below 77 degrees. Workers didn’t want to go to garage with cart. We wasted 20 minutes waiting only to find that out.

Property is currently under construction so was quite noisy at times. Staff were very slow, less than helpful. Waited 15 mins for a drink at the bar with 2-3 bar staff busy talking to each other and ignoring customers. Tv didn’t work when I arrived, and had no cold water, just boiling hot water in the shower. So, basically a good location, nice rooms and spoiled by current construction and terrible customer service.
