My mom showed up to this hotel and they said they did not have a reservation because Expedia did not send it. I contacted Expedia and they said the hotel did not confirm it. Neither one wants to refund my pre-paid reservation and my mom had to pay twice for the night she stayed. Still disputing that charge.

Das Hotel wirbt mit einem 24 Stunden Shuttle Service bietet es aber nicht an. Es geht keiner ans Telefon und die Damen an der Rezeption haben den Telefonhörer zur Seite gelegt, sodass niemand anrufen kann. Katastrophe!!
