Spend your days on the sparkling waters of Lake Conroe or kick back in the private enclosed deck. The lake is right across the street, just steps from your front door. More than a host
Kelly was an incredibly considerate host. She was willing to work with me on an early check-in if the condo was available. She makes everything so special for each guest/group that she makes it feel like more than just a place to lay your head but your home away from home. She's easy to contact and way to work with. The condo is too cute and accommodates a large group comfortably! There's plenty of seating and sleeping without feeling like you're on top of each other. 10/10 for me!

Wonderful Stay by the Lake
During a stressful week for our family, we stayed at the April Sound condo which couldn't have been more relaxing and comfortable. Communication provided by the host was exceptional. They were beyond accommodating and so kind. The condo is located in a very peaceful setting, while just minutes away you can find great restaurant options on Lake Conroe. Would definitely recommend a stay at this location.

My husband and I along with our adult children with friends enjoyed a wonderful Memorial Weekend at this location. Communication with owners was exceptional and prompt. We arrived to a cute welcome sign, music playing along with snacks and drinks. The Clubhouse and Pool were within walking distance. There's a bar with great drinks and food. Perfect location
We needed a place to stay for a wedding at April Sound Country Club and this was the perfect spot. Communication was great. There were snacks waiting for us on the kitchen counter. I have stayed at tons of places and no one does this. They actually asked what our favorite snacks were and had them for us, the kids were happy! Plenty of space and cozy spot.

Very nice clean condo. Well stocked with all necessities plus had lots of drinks and snacks! Kelly and Pat were very responsive and worked overtime to get small plumbing problem fixed! Kids loved pool only 2-3 minutes walk! Highly recommend this property!
