No elevator, doors making noise all time, code often does not work and lock you outside, some troublesome people living here and purposely making noise with doors every a few minutes, property has very bad attitudes and never responded to messages.

Worst night ever
From start to finish the worst night we have ever had and debating if we will use this hotel ever again from being told our Payment didn’t go through and we know it did because we had an online statement and who is Expedia as we didn’t book with them don’t know who they are and not our problem we was told 3 times if we wanted a room we have to pay again, so next thing was 20 police cars in the car park with police up and down all night laughing shouting closing slamming car doors and hotel doors to air conditioning only blowing hot air all night and a heating system that was on full so we was so hot and uncomfortable we just wanted to go this was the worst night anyone would want and we had it not sure we want to go back there .

No thanks!
This is what the world has come to, huge corporations providing crap accomidations at high prices. Almost no employees, everything is automated. If this is what you want, tiny room, one towel, no services, highway noise, plastic bathroom, one tiny window, wifi that Spams you every 20 minutes, fake food for breakfast, book now! Expect nothing and this hotel will almost meet your expectations.

Arrivée al’botel on me demande de régler la chambre alors que j’avais déjà réglé on me demande également la taxe de séjour pour mon fils de 14 ans alors que c’est gratuit pour les enfants Dans la chambre il fait plus de 26 degrés la climatisation ne fait pas de froid donc nuit horrible avec cette température Dans la douche des joints moisis et un rideau en tissu qui n’arrête pas l’eau résultat de l’eau partout Le seul point positif le petit déjeuner

Chambre correcte petite mais propre, équipements corrects et fonctionnels, communs pas très agréables, plus très frais, sent le renfermé, l hôtel mériterait un rafraichissement tout a vécu bac de douche usé couloirs et escalier aussi environnement calme ( gendarmerie contre l hôtel) Pour juste 2 nuits , ça passe. Literie correcte linge de bain changé chaque jour. Accueil pas trop vu car arrivés 21 h30 mais agréable.

Ayant séjourné dans votre hôtel , je suis outrée. Je tiens à signalé que je travaille dans le domaine de l’hôtellerie. Et c’est honteux le non respect des règles , le non respect de votre charte et le non respect de l’hygiène. Votre réceptionniste Ibrahim est trop l’aise auprès des clients. IN COM PÉ TENCE Hôtel à fuir vraiment, ne gaspillez pas vôtre argent dans un hôtel ne respectant ni sa clientèle ni les règles d’hygiène , Lisez les avis avant de réserver car sa a été notre GROSSE ERREUR. Beaucoup de plainte au sujet du principale concerné Monsieur Ibrahim. Mr IBRAHIM qui fait parti des effectifs de l’hôtel mais ne sait pas qualifier son rôle auprès de sa clientèles. Nous avons demander les coordonnées du directeur/directrice pour faire une réclamation, Mr Ibrahim se permet de nous enduit en erreur et nous explique qu’il a aucun pouvoir pour nous appliquer une remise ou un remboursement. Il n’a pas prit le temps de faire remonter mon mécontentement auprès de sa hiérarchie. Dés l’accueil Monsieur IBRAHIM se permet de nous tutoyer et se familiariser avec nous. Par la suite ayant vue notre mécontentement/colère concernant la chambre , notre accueil au Check-in , il a adopter une position de victime car nous avons tout simplement signalé que nous mettrons un mauvais comportement. Monsieur Ibrahim a commencer à hausse le ton sur nous (moi-même , ma sœur , ma cousine et une amie), nous sommes 4 témoins vous pouvez également vérifier les caméras de surveillance.

De gros problèmes à l’arrivée car l’automate a l’extérieur a buggé et l’aide à distance par un service déplorable qui raccroche au nez Heureusement un vigile de nuit et le propriétaire sont venus m’aider après 30 minutes de galère Merci à eux car le service d’aide à distance est lamentable

Stedet ligger fint tæt på motorvejen. der er flere muligheder for at spise, men ikke på hotellet. Morgenmader var fin og personalet meget hjælpsom.
