The airport shuttle was very difficult to find. We arrived by bus from Quebec City on the Orleans Express. The bus not able to par stop at the terminal, and to stop in the parking lot. We had to walk through the parking garage to get to the YUL shuttle location, and was only able find it with the aid of a Canadian Air flight attendant. I had previously sent a note, prior to our travel, to the Aloft hotel for guidance, but they never responded.

This property is not what I expected, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable and was not noisy, so that is a plus but they don’t offer the breakfast cook to order like they advertise, they do more of a continental breakfast, the food items they have in the cooler are not that much variety and on top of it, they have no way of warming up the sandwiches if you get one. The chairs they have in the rooms are not comfortable either, other than the bed there is nothing else. This is business hotel, if you have to stay only one night or a layover it’s kind of ok but not to spend a few days like I did. Sorry.

Just disappointed in the surprise $25 parking fee. Also, bathroom door got stuck, toilet chain broke, tv box was unplugged upon arrival for no discernable reason. had to fish around behind the wall mounted tv for 15 minutes to figure out why it wasn't working. On the positive side, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Oh yeah front desk Staff was dismissive about the parking fee.

Staff here are really nice and very helpful. I have to comment the front desk Kevin was a big help today. There was an error with my reservation. He wad so patience and help me to resolve my issue. No attitude, very helpful,.always smile even the issue was a bit complicated. Super professional and very understanding. He is one of the best front desk that I have encounter over all hotels that I stayed around north america, europe and asia. I thank him very much for helping me out today.
