Good elevators, (4) and quiet clean rooms, Comfortable beds, Helpful and friendlt concierge staff. Easy parking for 24 hours across the road. We would go there again. Only down side: a ramp up to the bathroom looked ill designed and could lead to tripping

I love everything about the hotel. Very close to Mont Royal. Eaton mal, China town, Old Montréal are walkable. The only thing that is missing during my stay is they don't have microwave in their room. Their staff are very friendly and accommodating. They even booked us a taxi ahead of time for a 3am ride to the airport.

Great location. Old hotel. Bed was hard, bathroom fan didnt work. Super pricey for what it is, but i suppose thats the market anyway. Cheaper to park across at apartment complex than hotel. Staff friendly, but didnt interac much.

The staff were very friendly and helpful as it was my first time in Montreal. The room was average, clean. Nice view out the window. Only complaint was other guests slamming doors and it rattled my door every time. Outside was noisy with sirens and cars but it is downtown so to be expected. Bring a sound machine if you’re a light sleeper.
