Thank you for taking the time to review your Boxotel experience. It was a pleasure having you as our guests. We are so sorry to read that the balcony was not clean. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Regarding the housekeeping service, this is part of our concept to be an apart hotel and an eco-friendly environment. However we always give your the option to get fresh towels and/or a cleaning service for 25$. The restaurant is officially opening next week so we should give them a chance to see if they meet your coolness expectation ;-) We hope to welcome you next time you are in Montreal ! Warm regards,
