The hotel needs to give guests the ability to control their own temperature or at the very least I should be able to open a window? It was hot and I should be paying near $300 for a night in a hotel and sweating while in my room.

The hotel was cheap, so we were expecting the rooms to be a little rough, rough is an understatement which again sure that’s fine it was cheap but when we were denied an extra pillow and blanket for the third guest sleeping on the pull out couch which we booked for up to 4 people was awful. No mini fridge or microwave, some of the furniture it glued together and holes in the ceiling.

Couldn’t locate entrance to hotel as poor signage as LEXUS. Location good as near to metro station and convenient shops Very expensive car park. Also concierge requested for a tip when checking in.!!

This was a welcomed improvement over the property I relocated from. The room I got the a/c was not working. However, I was relocated to a junior suite with updated amenities which mafe the stay worth while. I would book again. Although not in city center the metro is 2 minutes walking distance which made everywhere easily reachable.

To start, the rooms had a terrible odor, and there was no drinking water available. Even room service ran out of glasses. It was a poorly managed hotel with no customer service.
